I've only had this laptop a few weeks and barely used it a handful of times. The hard drive crashed today and I'm already having a professional install a new one. This laptop is NOT worth the money.

I Love this brand, so I purchased it and am very satisfied. 360 folding is helpful like a tablet, touch screen is great addition. Brought it refurbished but is like new.

The bluetooth didn't work at all. So i had to returned it.

Great little laptop. Works smooth and apps are speedy.

Geek Squad did a great job refurbishing this unit. It came in like new. All works well. The only complaint is that it took 10 days to arrive. Will picking it up at the store be faster? Con: As to the unit itself running under Windows, the display is not as clear and sharp as a normal tablet. The usable time is about 4 hours, much less than most tablets. The touchscreen is not as accurate as a tablet. Pro: It works as a computer, which means you can do almost anything to it like a regular computer. The audio is good, The boot time is fair, depending what you have in the Startup. If one does not require to do works in Windows, I suggest to buy the Android version. However, this offer is a great deal.

Receive and was impressed, unit looked like new. Worked great for 2 weeks until laptop would not boot. Did not even recognize the hard drive. Had to return to Best Buy for refund as this was purchased by my daughter for college. Decided to order a new one for little more money direct from HP on sale. I guess trying to save money on a refurbished is not all it's cracked up to be.

I purchased this laptop 3xs! yes 3 times! and will be returning it for the last time. its a good laptop for the price, but every single time i received this laptop something was wrong with it. screen kept getting brighter and soft every other minute. the internet would connect and disconnect often. The mouse on the screen would disappear from the browser, so you would always have to restart a new browser page often. thats just a few things out of the many! like i mentioned for the great price, each time i was hoping to finally get a model to finally hang on too, but not one worked properly. Geek squad did a horrible job making sure these laptops work properly!

Fair is the best I can say, good prince not that good processing, but it's fine for the price. Kids, beginners, or just for study.
