This lap top had a few bugs out of the box. First the touch screen was slow to react, second there was this grinding noise coming from under the mouse. After charging it over night, all the problems left. We have had it for a month and there has been no problems at all. The laptop is used for 5 to 6 hours daily. I would buy this laptop again.

Enjoy the touchscreen capabilities, Graphics are good, Good size hard drive.

Very fast with lots of memory. Able to work on multiple projects at once with no slow down.

Re-furb not set up properly had to take it to geek squad to check out

I bought this laptop as a way to keep up on my school work. As a college student, this was a little out of my price range. After reading about all of the qualities and scouring the website for hours I decided that this was the best option and decided to splurge. I was wrong. The touch-pad malfunctions constantly. The parentheses button doesnt work when you want it to, but it sticks whenever you try to type something in. The camera is very pixelated and poor quality for such a pricey laptop. Additionally the box it came in came without bubble-wrap (just some film and cardboard keeping it in place, which moved around itself), and when taken out the top of the laptop was smeared with dirt. Would not recommend!

The keyboard is a bit slow. I push a key and it takes a second to respond. This however is my only complaint. I do recomend this laptop. It has great sound. The graphics are wonderful.

I received yesterday and even though I love almost everything about this computer, I cannot put up with the freezing. I'll have to take it back this weekend. Toshibas have always been good to us.
