    Ok , just bought this computer online, they send me computer with a wrong power cord , went to closest BEST BUY, they said there is nothing they can do for me, I need to return the comp or call custumer service, Called BEST BUY, they said there is no way they can send power cord by it self , it comes as a package, so I need to go buy one on my own. ARE U KIDDING ME?!!!! And if I want to return the computer , they will charge me $29 for a free 6 month Virus software Kaspesky that they emailed me and which I have not used, cause I cant even turn the computer on. THis is the last time in my whole life I will buy a refurbished computer. NEVER AGAIN>
