Bought this laptop (ref). Its good value for money, for other laptop you pay for extra feature which are least of my interest (touch screen, etc). This laptop come with i7 5th gen processor with decent 6GB ram, which more important as that allow it to be usable for next 2-3 year. Recommend for someone need it for programming and day to day work and dont bother for fancy feature that sacrifice on essential. On side note: Noticed touch pad is bit slow to respond, may be configurable through setting.

I've had my old laptop for nearly 10 years, and needed to purchase a new one for when I start my nursing education since the old one was becoming almost impossible to use sadly. This laptop is definitely faster than my old laptop and much lighter too. It has also taken me awhile to get used to the Windows 8.1. Since this is refurbished, I'll mention the few hiccups that I have encountered about two weeks in. For example, the right click would hang and windows would sort of refresh itself. Sometimes video files refused to open. I reinstalled all of my drivers and it seemed to have fixed the problem. I've been using this for about a month and a half now and overall it fits my need. A good laptop for a good price.

I have used the machine for a few weeks now and I have seen it to be a good computer for the price. I do not use it for heavy work or gaming but I mostly use it for a small business. I seem to enjoy the features and I like it.

I purchased this refurbished laptop because of the features and the price. The performance of the lap top exceeded my expectations.

I bought the first Geek Squad Refurbished HP i7 laptop and the drivers crashed in 3 days. I purchased another one because that had to be a fluke...nope. It was also defective. They made me take part of the refund in a gift card because it was how I had paid for it. after the second problem I wanted it all as a debit on my credit card. they aid they couldn't do that because it automatically comes up that way. Now they are holding my money hostage. I have to buy a computer somewhere else unless I want more defective merchandise. This was a big waste of money and time.

This laptop works fine. For an i7 processor, I haven't noticed a big difference in speed. The clarity for watching movies could be improved, but otherwise it's fine. Nothing wrong, but nothing to boast about either

This laptop is great for people that are getting into video editing and designing. At first, I didn't want to get this because it was refurbished, But, Everything went just fine. And Nothing bad has happened so far. Luckily.

This computer had what we were looking for except that the number three key stuck and we had only had the computer on for a hour. I know refurbished products are supposed to be checked, but someone must have over looked this small flaw. It's nothing super serious, but just frustrating when we are purchasing something from a store I expect it to all work. We'll have to see what Best Buy will can do to fix the key.
