    Bought a certified refurbished laptop online. It was delivered by UPS in an open box with only the power cord. No set-up, certification or warranty paperwork was included, and there was a large scratch on top of the laptop. I returned it and bought a new laptop in the manufacturer-sealed box.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Power spply broke 2 mnths. Snt 4 repr broke in 6 hrs
