This computer is exactly what my family needed.... great computer that does all that we need it for such as surfing and photo editing, without paying that gamer computer price.

This is by far the biggest hunk of worthless junk I have ever owner. No matter which browser I attempt to use, first I get the error that my modem is not connected to the internet ( check on the iPad, oh yes have internet). Click connection problems and about half the time it will connect. Once connected to the internet it will allow me to browse a couple of pages before I get the revolving circle and the browser is not responding. Try task manager to close the non active program- no that won't work either. Reboot and do again. I have a work laptop, home and work iPads and a personal laptop. Nothing has problems but this machines. It's a full 10 minutes before it will be functional and then only for a little while at a time
