First time trying a geek squad certified item. Item arrived damaged with its packing box half-opened. There was no accessories (cover, pen) that comes with HP spectre 360. When turned on, the device heated up very badly. Misc. there was a sticky (something you see in a yard sale price tag) on the cover. Returning this one. I will never buy geek squad certified item. Big mistake.

HP Needs to Recall this Defective PC!!!

I purchased this computer (new) for my daughter to use while in medical school exactly 2 years ago today. In early February, she started experiencing issues with the primary charging port. The computer would not charge unless the power cable was positioned in odd angles and the laptop kept throwing error messages. So, she switched to using the USB-c port for charging purposes. A few months ago she started experiencing the SAME issue with THAT port. We took the computer to a very reputable repair facility in the area and, in the end, the technician confirmed that it is a motherboard issue. I took to the internet and discovered a plethora of individuals experiencing the EXACT SAME issue! HP refuses to recall this pc or stand behind their product and offer to make the required repairs. Please do your homework and research this computer before you buy. In the event that you need to reach HP Customer Service, you cannot contact them via phone. (You post your issue via their website and receive a case management request number which goes unanswered and gets you nowhere.) I expected this computer to last far longer than 2 years and am now stuck with a $2K paperweight instead of a pc and need to buy a replacement laptop.
