I like the idea that I do not have to go buy the cartridges, that they will be sent to me.

I love the automatic feature that detects when my ink is low and reorders for me.

Haven't used this program long enough if it will work for me. It's a nice idea to have ink all the time. But not sure about the number of pages allowed for each level of about of paper you can use a month. Sometimes I use a lot sometimes not. So I am not sure I will save money with the program

It is nice to have your ink sent straight to your home when it is getting low.

This is an outstanding purchase for someone who regularly forgets to put ink. Automatic purchases typically occur with sufficient time for the new cartridge to arrive. I was only left without ink for several days one time during the COVID-19 pandemic due to slowed shipping time.

I signed up for Easy Replenish when I bought our new HP printer. I don't have to think about how much ink I use or need to replace...Easy Replenish is automatically connected to my printer, knows when it's low on ink and reorders/mails out replacement ink directly to me! What a time saver!

This is an easiest way to get ink! Long time over doe, BUT! the cartridges need a little tweaking, when it comes to opening them. Sometimes ink gets on everything!

The program was a little aggressive on sending toner so I cancelled it. Joke was on me since I ran out of toner the next time I got low. It was a pretty good idea. Kind of sorry to see it end.

I purchased the printer on January 30, 2020. After struggling for months to get it to work, I called the Geek Squad. Jeffrey was a delightful technician, but I resent the fact that I was unable to install it myself. Once it was operational, I tried to print a document but the quality was poor. Then I received a message that the ink was low. That really bothered me, but I didn't do anything about it. Within a couple days, I received a shipment of ink as I had signed up for automatic delivery when Jeff was here. No problem. But Big Brother must be watching.

Love the printer ease to set up on my phone and computer.Don’t have go to th store and Buy Cartridge for the printer.In roll in air they well ship them before my printer run out.I live that.

This was very convenient. I spent no time searching for the right link it was chosen for me and the next thing you know it was right at my door. The only problem is a few days after I made the purchase I realize that the card that was on file was expired. So I spent a few days thinking that the ink was on his way until I checked my account. Just make sure that all your information, as far as your address and payment goes, is updated.
