    Never could get the printer to work right. I need the type you just plug in and it works. No drama. It's still in the box because of the printer. HP hasn't supplied more ink. Don't like the system.

    After purchasing the automatic ink refill plan and taking the card home, I discovered that my printer is exempt from this service. I was able to return the card for a refund, as I had not scratched off the foil on the back covering the product code number.

    First two months are free and you should be able to then detiermine the program. I got an extra set of ink in the mail right away. I liked that feature of the program. We went over the 50 pages rather quickly, so I don't think we will continue. Jury is still out.,
