I am unable to get it set up. Have tried several times. Don’t know how to do it. When I’ve called I’ve waited on hold for way to long and most times have gotten disconnected.

They gave an option to sign up for a monthly ink/paper service. I don’t think it’s worth it at all, unless you print a lot.

Subscription for ink replacements that you pay monthly for. We don’t print enough to need that. Print maybe 10-20 page a month and their lowest plan is 50 pages a month.

I thought it was to add money to my hpinstant account. It is only good for initial account enrollment.

I kept trying to key-in the code but it keeps saying error. I ended up losing my card after trying for several days. Complete waste of money

Process to sign up without adding extras was maddening. I requested that my order be canceled!

Purchased a printer a sales person referred this to me and when I got home 2 activate my printers cartridges weren't covered just a waste of money check to make sure yours are covered

I don't even know why I'm reviewing this. But it was free, but I'm not even sure if I'm using it correctly....set up was difficult. Boooo

Not happy with this program. I really do not like someone/something else controlling how I print or any automatic payments coming out of account.

Just another way for HP to make money. May be financially beneficial if you print a lot, but for casual use, it's probably not practical.

We don’t print that much at home, so we didn’t find this useful. It was included with a printer purchase and we opted not to utilize it because of how infrequent we print.

I want to use this but I am unable to get the claim code that I need to get started. I have tried the suggested options for overcoming the problem, but they have not worked. Help!

prolly my fault for not seeing this in the description, but this is nothing more than a subscription service. It does not fit my needs. to be fair, others may L O V E it.

Terrible. I received a new bank card and my printer stopped working despite the cartridges in it having LONG since paid for themselves. I’ve been paying $7/mo for a couple years and hardly print a thing just enrolled for the convenience of not having to run to staples if something ran out. Updated the payment information, 4 hours later still can’t print. 40 minute call with customer service…still can’t print. Obnoxious program, extortion. Terrible customer service, even the supervisor could do zero to help, aside from open a case and tell me they’ll contact me in 3-5 business days. No thanks, I’ll cancel, go to kinkos for this, and grab some ink that you can’t remotely turn off over a year after I paid for it because my billing info needs updating

I hate subscription services. They make this a pain in the butt. You still get charged monthly even if you don’t need ink.

I bought this product a long with an envy Hp printer after the sales person told me it was for this printer and when I go to activate it, it says my printer isn't compatible! What a waste of my time and money.

Takes along time get the ink. In the meantime you can't print. If you purchase ink from the store the printer sends message to HP and you are cancelled.

Not sure what was the problem but I ordered this along with my printer and it didn’t work. Luckily HP was happy to load my account manually.

Unable to complete. Not interested, don't want be hooked into something I have to set up payments for.

Along with the HP printer, this was a nightmare to get the subscription stopped and they never gave me back the 5.00 dollars for the initial sign up.
