I've tried refilling my old cartridges (with a cheap refill kit) and it is a huge mess (and didn't work well). Buy the genuine thing and forget about trying to get by "on the cheap."

This toner worked as expected as well as the earlier one I reviewed. Easy to install and resume printing.

I always count on HP products to perform to my expectations and I have never been disappointed.

I ordered 4 HP toner cartridges April 1st, April 7th notified cartridge order being processed. April 13th -- 2 cartridges in. April 18 another cartridge was in but 4th cartridge out of stock problem was I was out of country. April 22nd notified my order was cancelled because Best Buy didn't have last cartridge. I didn't cancel the order they did, without my permission. Best Buy -- you lost a customer and your customer service was no help at all! Do not order online from Best Buy -- they have no respect for customers. There's more to this story but not enough time nor space to explain.

I really love my printer and when I changed this cartridge was so easy and I still have the same print quality rather than when you refill your old cartridge. The price it's worth it

The product was not available in the store. It had to be order and then shipped to my home. Everything went according to plan.
