    I've tried refilling my old cartridges (with a cheap refill kit) and it is a huge mess (and didn't work well). Buy the genuine thing and forget about trying to get by "on the cheap."

    I ordered 4 HP toner cartridges April 1st, April 7th notified cartridge order being processed. April 13th -- 2 cartridges in. April 18 another cartridge was in but 4th cartridge out of stock problem was I was out of country. April 22nd notified my order was cancelled because Best Buy didn't have last cartridge. I didn't cancel the order they did, without my permission. Best Buy -- you lost a customer and your customer service was no help at all! Do not order online from Best Buy -- they have no respect for customers. There's more to this story but not enough time nor space to explain.

    I really love my printer and when I changed this cartridge was so easy and I still have the same print quality rather than when you refill your old cartridge. The price it's worth it
