Best printer / copier for the money. Love the print quality! I have one at home and 2 at the office. Easy set up for wifi and I often print strait from my phone as well as from the PCs and MACs on our system.

I have only had this printer for a month so I cannot speak to longevity yet or long-term costs, though before I purchased I compared the price of toner cartridges and it seems comparable to others in this class. Set up was easy, and I really love the print quality. The paper tray feels kind of like cheap plastic, but as long as you are not forceful with it I see no concerns. The warm up time and time to print are very fast. The capabilities for wi-fi and nework printing are nice and easy. The only problem I had was setting up scan-to-network functionality - it seems there is an incompatibility with this and windows 10 due to new (as of 2017) security features in windows 10. Scan to email and scan to USB both work fine though. My daughter also has this same printer and has had it for a year and loves it for her home-based business.

The setup went without incident and it was done within a reasonable period of time. The printer is quick to respond to print requests sent via Wi-Fi and the actual printing process is fast as well. The printer and particularly the copier have outputs that are significantly darker than the original and the darker/lighter adjustment for the copier has only a limited range for compensating. The scanner works very well, scanned images reproduce the original remarkably well. There is one issue that may disturb some people, the printer emanates a pungent odor that is characteristic to cheap plastics used in some electrical/electronic components. Overall, a decent multi-function printer.

Needed an all in one with a small footprint and fast, this fit the bill

It prints quickly, duplexes, makes copies, and has a great scan to email feature. It sits right next to me, and when its not printing you can't hear it at all. So much better than the brother printer I used to have.

Great printer and easy to setup with tablets and Smart phones

It is truly a plug and play machine. No quirky setup, takes nothing to have it printing on multiple computers. At this point, I would recommend it to anyone that is looking at an inkjet as their main printer

This is the exact printer that I have been looking for. It has a lot of functionality and is wireless, which is great for me. The clarity of the prints are very high quality and the scanner is very easy to use.

This printer has all the basic needs that one would need for a small business or homeoffice printing, copying and scanning. I have one in my homeoffice and one in my business desk. Small enough to look good and print at hand. Unfortunately, my latest one is having problems with the multiple document feeder for copying and scanning. But, I guess the guarantee will cover it. Let's see...

Nice product that performs all functions that are needed

If you are like me, you don't print all that often. When you do, it seems like it is always a time restrictive issue. For so many years I relied on InkJet printers. They were less expensive compared to a LaserJet, but with a fatal flaw. InkJet printer ink cartridges dry up when not used and can clog the printer itself. Yes they do have cleaning cycles, but that too uses up quite a bit of ink. All that savings was lost when I had to go out and get new cartridges just to print an occasional item. A LaserJet printer uses a powder that never dries up. When you need to print something you just fire it up and it is ready to go. This model has all the features you want and over time it will save you money.

The printer looks great for text and business graphics but performed worse than expected on photos. I know it is not a photo printer but it was losing so much detail in the bight and dark areas it was not even good for school work. A business inkjet blew it away in color performance.

This HP printer was much easier to coordinate with everything on the network than I thought. In less than half and hour, I was able to print from and scan to computer, as well as print directly from my iPhone. And it's been stable on the network as well. Print quality is excellent, and it starts up and prints fast for a laser, faster than my Dell. And once it gets going, 23 page documents take very little time. Very satisfied with this printer. Very pleasantly surprised.
