We wanted one printer to replace our black laser printer and color inkjet multi-function and this multi-function is perfect, it prints beautifully in color, scans easily and is fast. It was a great buy, especially since we got in on a deal of the day.

I love this printer! Our daughter researched printers for us and said this was the best, and she is so right! It is easy to use and the quality is amazing.

This printer is very fast and quiet. I really like it. My wife loves to print entire forest so the speed and efficiency of this printer is greatly appreciated.

I had to replace my Brother printer in a hurry and I had bought the Best Buy protection plan. I brought the broken printer in and they didn't have the same one in stock so I bought this HP and am really happy with it. Only thing is I wish paper tray had more capacity.

Very easy to install and use. Plugged it in to my home PC and install was a snap. Very good print quality and prints pages very fast for a home office printer.

Printer works great. Prints are clear. Set up was a breeze and I am not experienced. The only drawback I can see is the cost of the colored ink.

Changed from inkjet multifunction to this printer. Extremely happy with the print quality, a little slow to print but it does print at the rated speed. Paid $277 for printer (price match) and am waiting for HP rebate for $50 for turning in broken inkjet. My only complaint with this printer is that it goes into a deep sleep power savings mode that it drops off the wireless when not used for a few days. A reset on wireless on the printer or power cycle will fix the problem - annoying but workable. Only other negative is the extremely small paper tray, but for the price I paid I can live with it. Scan feature works well and I am using it with Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS.

Plug and play even for an Mac. It's a great upgrade from inkjet printers. I highly recommend this laser print to all

Fast copying, printing and scanning. Good print quality. Easy setup. Only complaint is that the printer lost contact with wireless Internet on more than one occasion and had to be reset.

Installation was quick and easy. Had some problem with wireless connectivity. Great print resolution and very fast and quiet. Very happy with purchase.

I would have given this printer a 5 star rating, but I can't find a place to buy new toner. You'd think that buying the printer at Best Buy you could also purchase the toner there, as well. Had I known that no toner (except for black) was available to buy and wouldn't have purchased this printer!

This printer has allowed me to print extensively as I work on my occasional crafting projects. I read the reviews and kept coming back to this printer after comparing others. Getting a printer with a toner cartridge has been a great investment. I'm amazed at how much I can print. The colors when I print are just ok, but I think that's because I choose colors that are too pale for my projects. I'm still very happy with this purchase though. I love all the features the printer has, especially being able to print from my phone and other devices.

This thing is pretty awesome - not quite sure how I functioned without it! There is no comparison between this color laser printer & an ink jet. The colors are professional looking, the printing speed is awesome with dry time being a non - issue as well. (The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of printing pictures - they are darker than they should be and I don't know how to fix that issue. I am printing on laser glossy 150g brochure paper.) AND, Best Buy honors competitors' pricing, so you're guaranteed to get the best price available without having to shop around - woohoo! Do yourself a favor and BUY THIS PRINTER!

Great print quality as well as nice feeder for scanning and copying. Paper tray is top notch. Scanning quality is good. Only beef I have is that when the feeder is used to scan multiple documents, the pages are not perfectly aligned.

Great selection of functions, all of which are pretty intuitive to set up and use. Good quality in the output. One of the best printers in its class!

Love it .... it gets 1 star removed because it does not do duplex scanning. Price is great, works very well on print, scanning and faxing. Good software and easy to setup.

My first laser printer. Absolutely no issues. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Prints wirelessly, color and black, great savings on ink.

I've only had this printer for about a month. Seeing that I am using it at home I don't use it every day. I am familiar with this kind of printer at my work and it works nice there and is one of the reasons I purchased this printer. I spent a little more for this printer then I normally do but I'm expecting it to last longer then a 100 dollar printer. Maybe if I'd get an email in a year I can give a better review.
