I originally purchased the m477fnw but returned it because it does not automatically print double sided. I chose the M277dw and couldn't be happier! Not only was the printer cheaper, which also meant cheaper ink, it is faster and prints double sided beautifully! The only draw back I can see it that it does not have a super large paper tray. I use the printer at home, so a large office that makes a lot of copies may see this as a downfall. The copies are crisp, installation was a breeze, and no manual paper turning. Love this printer!

I love this printer. Might be pricey if you don't get on sale. But I like it a lot. The printer has features I was unaware of. You can scan a document in & it has OCR software that can turn it into something you can edit. You also can email your printer something & it will print it out.

We've gone from a laser jet black ink printer to an inkjet color printer with our last desktop that seemed to eat ink l;ike water. This time, we bought an Apple I Mac- our 1st and added an HP color laserjet printer that wworks great and saves ink.

I really like the printer, however the manual feed tray is not a tray at all. Instead, it is a slot. So, if you have numerous envelopes or checks to print, you must either feed them one at a time or remove the plain letter paper from the main tray and insert your checks/envelopes there.

Prints super quiet and fast and the quality of the printing is excellent. Has everything we need, and I would for sure recommend this product!

Serves the needs of a home office for printing and scanning documents - is an upgrade from a HP Laser Jet printer purchased 7 years ago - like the wireless feature

This printer prints, copies, and sends faxes. The copies are clear and sharp. The color copies are nearly perfect. It is also very quiet.

Easy set up, prints multiple pages with ease, great variety of features. Only downside, need to be in room to print but that may be a feature of my wireless at home.

So far the printer has worked out well. I like that I can send print requests from my phone and the wireless features. It prints fast and the print quality is acceptable.

Excellent reliable so far; great color; one of the best wireless printers I have used. Laser toner so no replacing cartridges constantly.

This copier works great for home office. No problems with the wireless application and can print from my Surface tablet from anywhere in the house. Very convenient.

I purchased this for an updated wireless printer. I wanted color and a laser as I am tired of running out of ink for the inkjets. Follow the prompts on the printer display and it will do as expected. Always test out your product when you first get it to confirm your purchase was what you wanted. Install was easy. Make sure you set up the fax with the proper connection as it will mess up your phone line.

Met my expectations. Price per copy was of prime importance and I feel that this will present much better cost savings rather than purchasing inks as often as was necessary.

This multi-functional device does everything we hoped it would do. The only two criticisms we had were that the paper tray is kinda small and we would prefer that it come in a matte black color but it does not.

I was tired of issue with the cheapo inkjet and the b&w laser was getting really long in the tooth (about 12 years old). Toner stopped working in it and I wanted a single printer to do it all. Will it print photos as well as an ink jet? No, it won't, but it does everything else much better, cheaper and faster. Color and b&w docs come out pristine and it is really fast. It covers all of the bases for a home office.
