Perfect printer of home/small business. The wireless feature is a plus and printing is quick and easy

Best printer I had. Easy to set up! Best of all its wireless. You can place anywhere in the house.!

For home business use this all-in-one is great! We have had for a month and so far no problems. Only downside is the cost of the ink cartridges...hoping that cost will come down but until then using color very sparingly.

Easy to set up and quality copies, wireless feature works well. Only issue I have is it makes more noise than I expected.

For the overall initial cost of this unit, this is a great value. I had no trouble installing and configuring it on my wireless network with access from multiple computers and mobile/IOS devices. The scanning and printing operation works well. You will be hard pressed to find a better overall multi-function color laser printer in the price range.

I had an HP prior to my Canon Imageclass all-in-one system The Canon was a very good system but it was time to retire it for a more up to date system. After checking C Net I decided to go with the HP. So far so good.

This is a must have for any home office. It is soooo easy to operate and the quality is great!

I recently upgraded my computer/printer set up to include this gorgeous, efficient and versatile all in one printer. My old printer was over 10 years old and made squeeky noises, bad copies, and the scanner images were always way too light. So along came this printer, and it is like going to the moon and back. It is fast, makes crisp, beautiful copies, and it scans like a dream What took me so long???!!!

We purchased this just over 1 month ago and have printed from Win7 and Win10 laptops, macbook air, 1 iphone, 2 galaxy notes and a galaxy s5 phone. So far, all works well for our first wifi printer. Our wifi uses both 2.4ghz and 5ghz and read that could be a problem, but so far, no issues. Scanning works fine via email. Haven't tested the fax yet, but assuming that will work. The paper tray should've been able to hold more sheets, but that's the only con. So far, we're very happy.

This printer fits perfectly on top of my desk. It is easy to work and copies look great.

After about 4 months, we've used the printer regularly over wifi, heavily used the scanning over email function, connected the fax feature and made a few copies - and all is well. The paper tray does hold less than I'd like, but not a deal breaker. It occasionally doesnt appear to sleep after setting the timer, but eventually does sleep. Otherwise, very happy with all the features and reliability of this printer.

I love it very easy to setup doesn't take large space

The printer works fine and has very good print quality. The copier and scan functions also work well. I particularly like the sheet feeder for scan and copy as opposed to my old flat bed. The one problem I've had is trying to set it up on my network. It seems to see the router and received an address. However my computer does not see the printer on the network. I'm not sure if the problem is really with the printer or Windows 10 (or me?). Hardwired to my computer it works fine.

Printer is easy to install and comes with all the functions one would need in a home printer.

We needed a new printer b/c our HP Photosmart of 6 years finally died. My wife loves to burn through ink so I wanted a laser printer, and the HP inject had been awesome so I went for Northern HP. It print beautiful spreadsheet, fabulous photos, awesome letters. All with the click of a button. Only thing I don't like is small photo paper always comes out with lines in it. I don't think it was made for those.

Easy to connect and use. Good priced for a color laser jet. The quality is like the other jet printers, great!

Purchased this after returning an 447 model, sacrificed paper tray load and double sided ADF scanning. However, with those mentioned, it does carry all of the same features the other models. Great economical printer thus far with great printing and scanning. Setup and using on a MAC/PC environment. Cons: Limited print options on MAC vs. PC; there is an issue that occurred initially when purchased with WiFi drops. Seems to happen less with most recent firmware update.

I have this unit in my office at work and liked it so much i bought one for my home use.

I actually was introduced to this printer by the HP representative at the Best Buy store. He showed me the internals of the machine, an example of the printing quality and walked me through the set-up on the built in display. I bought the printer, and it DID set-up completely wirelessly in just a few minutes. It has run fine since and all of our home computers are connected to it with the home wifi.
