This all-in-one laser printer replaced a desk-jet that ate ink cartridges faster than I could buy them, and at a price that was less than the desk-jet when I bought it. I've had it for a few months, and so far, everything prints faster, cleaner, crisper. It is sleek and sturdy. The front usb port makes it easy for my kids to use it too to print directly from their school flash-drives. Very intuitive.

This printer was purchased to replace a Samsung wireless we bought two years ago. This thing is amazing, I can print from my phone, tablet and all of my computers in my house. Great photo prints, fast pdf printouts, and was super easy to setup....if you have the money and need for a printer in this price range, do not hesitate to purchase.

This printer prints very good quality, even of pictures. The cartridges may seem expensive, but you get a lot more pages than an inkjet cartridge. It's very competitively priced to high end inkjet printers as well.

Easy to set up for printing/fax/copying. I love the color and clear copies this printer produces. Printer is not HP computer format friendly, Will only scan to 3 different formats, will not make a PDF copy directly to my computer, only email, server or thumb drive. Will not combine several scans to one file. I have had it for a month, I will keep trying to setup all formats.

So far the printer works well but I am not WOWED by its performance. It was very easy to set up as others have stated and the colors are very clear. I downloaded the drivers from the website and it was really easy - no problems. It is not too heavy to pick up by yourself and it is small enough to tuck away in the corner of a desk. The biggest downside is the touchscreen. It is very small and difficult to navigate because it often does not recognize your finger. Sometimes it takes several attempts to get it to print or copy using the screen. The other downside is that it is a little slow If you print using WiFi. I do not know if it is faster using a USB cable. Overall it is meeting my needs but I am not using it heavily - just for home office light printing. I bought it on sale and the price was excellent so I cannot complain. I do hate that it does not copy double sided - I am probably going to purchase a black and white copier to that. Hope this review helps.

Believe me when I tell you we looked at a lot of printers before making this purchase. It was easy to set up and get on the network. Prints and scans quickly. Touch screen, easy to use menu. Easy enough for kids to load paper. If I had to name one downside, I'd say it's loud and sounds a little clunky.

Easy setup. Scanning is very fast. Print speeds are exactly as listed. I rated the printer down one star due to the fact that the printer can't be connected via ethernet, and also utilized via wireless. You have to choose between connection types. Otherwise a solid purchase.

First time purchasing a laser printer . This seems to be a very nice printer . It was easy to install and hook up to my wireless network. Prints fast and bright . Haven't had to buy any toner refills yet so cannot comment on cost or how long the toner lasts yet . Over all good value for the cost .

This all in one printer, scanner, copier and fax machine is compact and very easy to use. Takes care of all the many needs for a home office without taking up a lot of space. Copies come out great. Easy to use and many options for printing just like the big copiers. Very happy with this purchase.

This is my first laser printer - after throwing out 2 ink jets with clogged heads. Graphics & text are very good (except for photos) - Printer design and function are also very good. I am mostly interested in reliabilty and performance over several years so I need to see how this printer holds up long term along with the toner consumption.

This printer was easy to set up, it's easy to use for printing and scanning (my primary uses), and prints great quality in both black and white and color. I've had it for a couple of months and so far I'm very happy.

The printer performs well in all areas; printing is crisp, copies and scans are quick and clear, faxing is easy with included s/w. No wireless connection issues, easy to setup. The only qualm is that the paper tray is small, only holds 100 sheets.

I am using tie on an Mac so I am not sure I have it hook up to its potential but I am ver happy with it. M wife's PC seems to have some more capabilities. For a Mac the set up was a breeze, copying and scanning is easy to use. I love that I can print from an iPhone or iPad

I would recommend this to se one because it is fast at scanning and faxing and printing and it does mobile printing and it prints in color and it has so many good features and it was easy to learn to use.

Very easy set up and quick printing. Love the manual bypass tray that lets me load specialty papers for prints used in multi media work. Crisp, excellent photos and color quality. Blue tooth and media abilities make this an excellent studio/office printer. Easily synced with computer, phone and pads.

I got tired and frustrated with these cheap ink jet printers. In close order, I threw two of these into a recycle bin. Good riddance! I regretted that I did not have my old laser printer anymore, bought back in 1998. At the time, the price tag for color laser printers was too steep for my pocket book. Just recently, I got ticked again about my last inkjet printer which decided to malfunction when I needed it the most. Luckily, I have an older Canon photo printer (very ink hungry) as a stand-by. Then my eyes fell on this HP All in one laser jet color printer. After some brief research, I ordered it. Set-up was not that hard to do. After all was done, my new printer works like a charm. It very easily does everything I ask it to do, and it does it quickly. It also can send and receive faxes. The set-up procedure for this feature is somewhat tedious but quite doable. It is, in fact, the best home use printer I ever had. The color images on plain paper are amazingly good. Actually, I think it can do the job in a small business environment as well. It can handle quite a work load in a short time. I have it connected to an Ethernet router; it can be accessed by the three different computing devices we use in my household. This network includes WiFi. For the price, this printer is an unbeatable value, something I have learned to expect from Hewlett Packard.

I've had a wired monochrome HP laser printer for years and have been very happy, so getting a decent wireless color laser wasn't a difficult decision. I have used it for 2 sided color printing and copying, and it has done exactly what I needed it to do.

I had 3 printers, a cheap laser color HP, an HP B/W laser (my everyday workhorse), and an epson that I used for a scanner/copier. What I had worked, just decided to replace them all AND GOT RID OF ALL THE CABLES!!!! Wireless is great and no problems other than it's so new I don't find the toner in stock anywhere. Really like that it prints both sides automatically. That was a step up over the others.

At the same time that I was contemplating trading up to a laser printer from my current inkjet, Best Buy offered early Labor Day savings for this guy. Spending less than $300 for a color laser printer that can also do duplex was kind of a no-brainer, but I still did some quick research (cnet, amazon, etc.). Also knowing that I'd have to spend ~$90 per toner cartridge was going to be a hard pill to swallow each time I'd have to replace. However, my inkjet cartridges just were not lasting, they dried up after a month and I'd have to buy new ones anyway. Set up was so easy. I plugged it in, went thru the steps on the screen of the printer, and voila! All good to go. I just have to figure out why the driver didn't load properly on my laptop, but I'm pretty sure that's a laptop issue and not the printer's. One of the greatest features is being able to print from both my phone (Samsung) and the ipads! And also, COLOR! +DUPLEX!!

Had several other color lazer jets right before purchasing this product. This was so much easier to set up and use. The quality is fantastic for especially for a lower price.
