I use this for home and light business by multiple users. The printer has exceeded my expectations with set-up and features. I use the copy, scan and fax features in addition to PC printing. All features installed easily. The printer is connected to my home network and can be accessed anywhere throughout the house. The color output is very good.

There are times printer goes to sleep and do not wake when I want to print again. I have to turn it off and then it will print.

I've used this printer for over a year now and can say that it has performed extremely well. I do bookkeeping and income taxes and rely on this printer to produce clear copies for my customers and tax agencies. The scanning function has made my office practically paperless. I scan rather than file and then shred my originals. I love it!

This printer is super easy to set up and easy to use. Very fast.

I love this thing. Took me a minute to get the scans folder set up on my Mac. But, after that was done, this thing is great. Highly recommend it.

Love that ink cartridges came installed. Scanning is a little complicated but I'm working through that.

This all in one print/scan technology is terrific. My only regret was the setup to scan via wireless from device to iMac was a bit troublesome but HP support aided me in the setup. Only problem was I had to wait on hold for over an hour prior to an HP agent responding to my call while on hold. FYI, the dw means this devise prints on both sides of the paper while other models do not offer this feature.

Setup was easy and so far the printing quality has been great!

It has lived up to its reviews and quickly adjusted to out home network. We bought it on sale and see it as a valuable and reliable component..

economical great printing good color easy to use at work

My last four all-in-one printers have been HP inkjets. All of them had problems and constantly needed to be rebooted or have the spooler cleared. And, the ink was expensive. Now that the HP printer business is a separate corp. I decided to give HP one more chance. I'm glad I did. This all-in-one Laserjet is much better. Does it all. No problems.

So far so good. We have had the paper jam a couple of times. Make sure you use the recommended paper. Otherwise a good printer

The printer produces color copies of excellent quality. The scanner performs as well as any I have used in the past. The software is intuitive and easy to install. Other reviews comment on this printer being noisier than ink jet printers but I don't hear a big difference. I have not had any issues and I'm very happy with this printer. I would buy it again

For a couple of years now I have been fussing every time I had to buy new Inkjet Cartridges, which was way too often. Weighing the cost of the carts against the newer Laser option I can only conclude that I should have switched sooner. The money I have spent on inkjet carts in the past six months would have paid for my new laser printer.

I finally got my printer working but it was because of my being too busy to get it working. It works great, no problems. I did have a little problem with directions in the booklet but was able to overcome them. I really like HP products. I decided to go with a laser printer so I don't have to mess with the ink cartridges all the time.

While advertised by Best Buy as a Photo Printer, this one is just "fair" in that regard. Selections for printer properties are limited in regard to size of photographs; there is no 5 x 7 available and no matter what you select from the available selections, you print a photo with a border. If there is a "borderless" selection, I have yet to find it. And since the photo is produced glossy side down, if you aren't careful you will scratch the photo on the output tray. Look elsewhere for a photo printer

Printer is easy to set up and easy to use, produces great clear printed pages

This is my second HP printer (over 20 years) and so far I'm very pleased with its performance.

Easy to install. Minimal time to warm up. Quality great so far

Overall I'm happy with the print quality, speed of printing, and ease of setup.
