Printing quality on this printer is great so far. For a medium-size all-in-one printer, the printing speed is impressive and print quality is good for normal office use. Scan (flatbed & feeder) quality is sufficient. However, the paper tray is a bit small (around 150 pages), unlike other printers that can hold an entire ream, so you may find yourself refilling this printer more frequently. The touchscreen also works well.

Easy to use and works great. The only draw back is the numbers on the key pad are quite small and sensitive to touch. So if u have bigger hands it might be a challenge to press the numbers on dial pad to fax a document.

This is what I looking for. High quality, 4 in 1, and easy to install and use. I like it very much.

This printer is a replacement for an old ink jet I had. It was very easy to set up the WiFi, and it is printing very vividly. The scan feature has it's own menu options with a shortcut on your laptop that is installed, so it's easy to access and use. I am working through a few kinks, but I think it's more related to getting to know the reset and resume functions a little better. All in all, I'm very happy with the printer so far.

Check back with me later. I haven't owned this printer replacement for my old HP which lasted over 10 years. Sensor went bad. Too expensive to replace. So I bought this one new, recommended by a Geek Squad technician who installed it for me.. So far, good. I'd like to say "Great" but I haven't worked with it on deadline long enough yet. I'm a theatre reviewer. I work from my home office and need a reliable printer, one that is a "work horse," that can print lots of copy. Check back with me.
