I replaced a HP LJ P2005 with this printer. Very fast. Small form factor. Very quite printer as well. I don't purchase anything but HP printers. Never a disappointment. You can add an additional high capacity paper tray as well.

I always buy HP Printers and was looking for a printer that would be fast and have the capability of having a extended cartridge. This printer prints 40 ppm and had a 9100 page ink cartridge. So it was perfect, used it now for a month and it is so easy to use and it prints from my I-pad, which is a real plus.

i needed a b&w wireless printer that could print double sided, hold a good amount of paper, use good long lasting toner, AND be light enough to be able to move around anywhere in the house....AND THIS FIT THE BILL!!!! i love this little workhorse!!

Easy to set up. Needed firmware update. This unit does an excellent job of coping, scanning, faxing documents. It is very quick and prints a large job in no time. Toner cartridges are quite expensive.

Easy to hook up. Works great! Love HP LaserJet printers.

I purchased the HP Laser Jet Pro m402dw to replace my very old HP laser jet 1100. The 1100 was reliable but slow and I had to manually feed for double sided copying. The Jet Pro m402dw prints out double sided copies extremely fast and it's quiet. It also says it does envelopes but I haven't tried that yet.

I was going through black and white cartridges on my Epson color printer twice a week. I added the monochrome HP Laserjet, which is small, but superb. Not only faster printing, but my cost of ink replacement has been reduced greater than 50 percent!

laser toner user, not inkjet user. Upgraded from old machine that did not have on/off button. this printer is quick, quiet and compact. Setup was not intuitive, but I was able to get direct, network and airprint connection.

After reviewing many printers, I selected this one because it is loaded with features, yet still takes up very little desk space. Within 15 minutes, I had it connected wirelessly to a Windows 10 PC, a Windows Vista laptop, as well as two iPhones and an iPad via AirPrint. All devices can access the printer and use all of its features. The auto duplex feature works great.

Have 6 of these at our shop. They tend to just work. Wireless is flawless. Replacement toner a bit $$$ but you can get thousands of pages of out one.

I have set up 8 of these in the last year...work great...fast printing. Beware--the 26X toner is spendy--but you will get 7-10k prints from it.....

If you need a wireless printer for work in multiple room in your house, then this printer is for you. Quick & easy setup.

The shipping was fast. The printer prints pretty fast too. I like how it has wifi access and I do not necessarily need to be logged in to a computer.

I had an old HP black and white laser printer that died after 15 years. It was not wireless nor supported USB connection. I have always like HP printers and have had many over the last 45 years. This printer is excellent for printing wireless. It did take a few tries to get the connection to wireless on my four computers, but I wouldn't consider it a problem.

I wanted a strong printer to replace my HP LaserJet 4p after 20 years. This one is a good one and with latest features. Been using it for 2 months and really like it. Great Value, cannot be beaten.
