Great buy for the price, didn’t realize you couldn’t print out at 600 dpi like the higher price ones. Use that dpi for printing on press. Other then that love the speed and wireless.

Working from home, this printer has been very functional. More than what I wanted to pay, but only one available as the others that I tried to purchase was told that they were lower in cost were sold out. Ink is also very expensive to buy. With what is going on in 2020 and working from home at this time I had to get was available.

We ended up returning this printer to Best Buy because it did not scan or copy and we were told that it did before we ordered it. It was a good printer if that is the only function you wanted. We had difficulty figuring out how to print envelopes and were never able to get it to do so. Our main concern was that it was not the functional machine that we were looking for.

I have used HP printer for many years. This printer was needed as a second printer and has many more features than my older HP which is still going strong after almost 20 years. This new printer has features like Duplex and wireless printing which makes this a great printer for the family.

Excellent printer, however way more expensive than last year....WIFi capable so can print from phone or laptop...double sided, saves on paper and compacts file storage. Hard to beat.

Set up all our computers with no issues. Having black & white only saves on ink and our kids were able to quickly get their assignments printed!

Great little printer with a lot of features. Great bargain for the price with good speed. Wifi is easy to setup via the HP Smart app.

I finally purchased a laser printer. I'm am so glad. It was difficult to set up, very difficult. But it works now.

This has been a printer that gets the job done although i would not expect life span to have longevity hp make throw aways now for business.

I used before and order again this item and that is excellent.

The ethernet port does not work at all on this. We have been running it wirelessly, but it drops every now and then. The lack of a touch keyboard on screen makes it very cumbersome to setup.

HP Laser jet printers are the best in my opinion. The M404dw is compatible with WIN 11.

Awful experience with BestBuy. Went to pickup printer, and box was all torn up and worried printer was damage inside. Told pickup counter person I did not want it and wanted another one, and said I had to take it to the return counter, insane. BestBuy trying to give rid of their damage products. Place was a joke.
