HP is a very well known brand for its well made products that perform exceptionally good. I saw this the first time I watched an HP computer set being used in the presentation of a complex program on water distribution in Metro Manila around 1985. That's why I already knew the HP printer would function like I expected it to even before it was delivered.

Purchased for tax returns and home needs. Wireless printer was crucial because of positioning in my office. Not sure why it prints immediately with my MacBook Pro but a good 2 minute delay with PC. Also, still can't scan to my PC and software installation is not easy for a beginner. Overall, happy with printer and would consider upgrading to a color laser by HP

I've been using laser printers for some time and always sought the highest quality in printing. If your looking for something professional, clean, and smudge free you just can't beat LaserJet printing. hp has always been my choice simply do to the fact I've never had a problem. So when I was ready to upgrade I went all out with no regrets.

1) Wth one click, I can print both sides on each page (Saving paper and trees) also do not need often cartridge replacement. 2) Automatic stand-by mode save energy when I am not using it. 3) I can print from my usb drive directly. Not need to leave home when I have to print large files. 4) User-friendly touchscreen.

Fast printing and Scanning. Easy setup and compact design

I did a lot of research on the other printers, but ultimately, I chose HP. This printer is awesome, and it performs perfectly. The only minor issue, I couldn't load the software and drivers from the disc. I used the support site, and downloaded everything via the web. I'm even able to fax over voip, on AT&T U-verse. So glad I chose HP.

These people are very knowledgeable and helpful. They got me into the printer that meets all my needs and at a great price.

I am very pleased with this printer. It prints very quick. It was also very easy to set up the wireless settings. It is replacing an HP4000 workhorse that I had and still worked, but I wanted an all in one. HP makes great printers and this Laserjet is a good one.

This printer has so many built in options. You have a feeder tray at the top, or you can scan on the glass, It also does duplex printing, and you have 2 paper trays. The fax is so easy to setup, and it works on digital phone line. The OCR software is really nice. I highly recommend this printer.

Setup was easy. Makes outstanding print jobs. Scanner is fast also.

We bought this as our main printer for our church office. We've been using to print bulletins, publications, other various documents and it has been great. We didn't need a full on industrial printer, but we needed more than an average home model. This one is perfect.

We got this printer when they had their promotional special. It ended up being about the same price as the same printer without the All in one Multifunction features which made it a great bargain! We have 5 of these in our office constantly printing and they work great!

After switching from an inkjet, I'll never go back. Very good print quality, and it prints very fast. I don't know the ink cost as of yet, but always consistent print quality so far. Make sure to set it up in your network properly, and install all the necessary software.

This printer exceeded my expectations. We are using it in a small business. We do a lot of printing, scanning and faxing. This printer is quick and the print quality is very good. Would definitely recommend for a small business use.

I am replacing a Laser HP printer for home office with a Laser HP printer. Why? After 10 plus years of use the printer was starting to fail and then was so old became obsolete with my company's software. The upfront cost pays for itself in a few years and just keeps on producing!

This B/W printer has been a great addition to our office. Being in the transportation industry we have a lot of reports and files to print and this thing keeps up like a chap. Have gone about a month and is still using the original ink cartridge that came with it.

I operate my law office with this. It is fast and has not jammed in the 4 months since purchase. The ink lasts and last. I do not recommend this for scanning. I have an independent scanner that is super fast and cost about $80 and I use that for scanning.
