I've never had a more expensive paperweight. There is no way to turn off sleep-mode (only delay it) so it disconnects from the internet connection and I have to physically go to the printer to activate it (defeats the purpose). Its success rate of actually printing jobs from its designated email address so you can "print from anywhere" is about 1%. On any given day it randomly decides if it feels like printing jobs sent from smart devices. I have reset this thing so many times, changed setting after setting after setting and nothing has made this printer work even half as well as my 10 year old printer I had before this that was 100 bucks. Stay far far away from this product and probably any other HP printer. I know I will.

Don’t assume you can feed your pages for copy. You will need to do it page at a time. Not good. 3. There is no USB port to ‘scan to flash drive’ Thought laser printer offered better quality like our old Dell, which is still working, just not talking to newer pc with USB 3.0 NOT!!
