Lower stars are for the misleading product information (see pics below). All the fuctions that actually exist work ok. We've had to reset the printer twice to get it to connect to our computers and phones and it has still not connected to our HP account to use all of the features. We miss our old samsung that worked amazing until we finally burnt it out.

Work great for about 2 years. Then just 1 day up and died no power . Call HP support troubleshoot. They had no solutions. Said i would have to buy a new one and won't be H. P.

It says "Yes" on the automatic two-sided printing" on the Specifications page. I brought this printer only discover that it does NOT support automatic double-sided printing at all. To think this was a question already raised two years ago, but HP/Bestbuy hasn't made any corrections. I find it troubling that Bestbuy and/or HP would deceive their customers like this. See screencaps attached.

This printer is the perfect size, it is not very large or very small ... it has the ideal space, it is also very fast to print, good resolution for scanning, it is recommended...

Easy to operate and quick to operate. And so beautiful.

Installation INCREDIBLY difficult. Windows 10 refused to recognize it until after 10-12 times. When Windows 10 finally did recognize the printer, most of the various print menu options were missing from the various menus. It took TWO HOUIRS before Windows 10 finally gave an error code. Researching the error code showed that the printer uses an HP PCL6/V4 driver. But Windows 10 REQUIRES it's own Windows 10 PCL6/VR driver. After finally finding the Windows 10 driver, doing the download & installation, and a RESTART - Windows 0 was able to show ALL of the various printer menu options. To be blunt - the installation process SUCKS! Not the simple plug-and-play it should have been. Both black & white, and color WORD files print crisply and with good color. The copy function works poorly. Anything that is tan or cream colored copy as florescent yellow - which wrong, annoying, and wastes a ton of yellow toner. At this point I feel that the printer seems to be good, but WAY TOO MUCH hassle was required for the installation and more tweaking will obviously be needed to get the COLOR copy function to work properly. Have not gotten into dealing with that mess just yet. Not happy with the whole process. Way too much hassle.

The printer does a nice job of printing color images. The copy function is slower and you have to repeat the process to get it to copy. The scanner app is weird -- fixing it as I use it -- not user friendly. It goes into "Sleep Mode" mode else the printer noise would be annoying.

Easy set-up, quick printing, scanning and LOVE that it has wireless printing capability from multiple devices.

The in-home service was excellent! Tim went above and beyond to ensure that the new printer was installed effectively and that the wi-fi to it was working properly on my other devices. He was fast and efficient, provided good advice, and was personable and professional. I've come to depend on the Geek Squad and Best Buy technical support for all my equipment needs, including appliances, both for purchase and installation, at home and for my rental properties. Thanks for the great experience!

Fairly straight forward on set up. Will have to see how it holds up to being idol for six months.

Great when it works. Doesnt take much space. But its ha ssle to keep it running. Today it fi ally died and it doesnt even get used often. Printer would stop being recongized by the computer. Constanlty had to be reatarted.

This printer is good investment. it does everything that i need it to do. I would definitely recommend it.

When I first went to buy this printer, it was sold out. I decided to wait for it and am glad I did. The only thing I wish it had was a paper insert tray for when emailing a document. I don't do it that often, so I'm okay that I have to do each page individually. A little more work as printer is in different room than my desktop.

Excellent printer with excellent output quality. The only drawback is that it doesn’t have a paper feeder.

Good, medium duty color laser printer for home. A little noisy, but not a problem in my particular installation. Pleased with my purchase.

Fulfilled all of my requirements for a secondary office (color was outstanding).

print quality-wise, this printer is great. otherwise, I would not recommend it. if printing more than one page, it will take 5-10 minutes between pages, and won't let you cancel. will start calibrating at random times. hate this printer. also if you're printing more than 50 pages, about 20 pages in, it will start printing random characters instead of the document, or whatever else you might print.
