I make an excellent choice after looking for a printer for over a month. I love the quickness of the printer even when it's been in sleep mode. The toner replacement is at a very reasonable cost.

I think the HP - LaserJet Pro, black and white, all in one laser printer is functional for my needs. I picked the laser printer because I think it is more economical over time compared to buying ink jet packs of liquid ink. I wish I could have gotten the unit in black, but apparently it was not available when I made my purchase. I think Best Buy should offer a discount when purchasing an additional ink cartridge when the printer is purchased. I also think that the salesperson was very helpful by providing information on various printers and really helped me make my choice of this HP all in one laser printer. The copy function was a must for me.

I was looking for a laser printer compatible with my Apple phone and laptop and this HP fits the bill perfectly. It was easy to set up, even for a novice, and works perfectly. Couldn't be any more satisfied. Thanks to Best Buy!

Works as it should. Sometimes you have to turn it off and on again. Definitely get the extended warranty.

It is a nice printer with smooth and clear printing but not suitable for small businesses if you are printing Duplex pages. I bought one printer in the second week of July 2021 and returned it in a week because of paper Jam. Just to give the benefit of doubt, I exchanged it for the new one (I bought high capacity toner and wanted to use it). It worked well for a couple of days and started jamming. We print about 1500 to 2000 duplex papers in a month and the printer claims 80000 but it doesn't even appear to last for 500 pages per week. Will be taking it back tomorrow.

This printer has all the options I was looking for including be an all in one laser printer. In my opinion HP is the only brand of printer I buy because of their reputation and reliability.

The printer is an easy install. Plug in, manage settings in person or phone and ready to print. My only disappointment was that it automatically stated that I was low in ink..what? Other than that great printer.

I bought this for use in a small business. It is primarily used to send/receive faxes and secondly for copying. Very easy to set up and begin using. HP never disappoints.

I bought this item due to extended work at home. My job's computer has security so i can't print with it at home. i send my documents to a personal coputer, then print them out. it has made my WAH much easier.

We needed a black and white for in office printing that could handle the copy load we needed and not cost a fortune in ink to operate. So far we have been very pleased with the printer.

This has all the feature we wanted and it has automatic double-sided printing. It’s just the right size for our house and prints very quickly.

This is a great device. scans both sides of the page at the same time. Great print and and coping. My only issue is the new Win10 Pro driver download package. Now backward compatible on all pcs.

I never owned a laserjet before, only the inkjet. But glad i made the jump to this. It prints super fast and the toner cartridge lasts a long time as far as home use goes. Great buy.

I’m very happy with my HP. Very easy to use. I bought the black and white. All you need is one cable that goes from the computer to the printer.

Excellent printer for replacing what we used to use. Our company was using Xerox 3335's, and these provide much easier setup and maintenance

Easy to set up, 2 side printing and scanning, connects easily to your phone. Would rate it higher but HP tries to sell you upgrades. Very annoying when you just bought the printer.
