More printer than we needed but everything cheaper was out of stock. Love the ability to print wirelessly from laptop and from cell phone. Copy feature works fine. Haven’t used the document feeder yet. Set up was pretty straight forward using the provided Dell app. Every once in awhile after a long period of non-use, it will stop responding. I can see it on the network but prints hang in the queue. Power off-power back on seems to fix the issue each time.

Easy to get set up. Prints clear, crisp print. Fast printing speed. Scanner can get a little off, but mostly fast and effective.

I am the Director of IT for my company. We have depended on these printer/ scanners for all the folks working at home. The superior scanning and the HP app work great and are actually more important to us than the printing. Also with the unpredictable set ups for folks working at home the direct wireless is critical. We have use HP printers for years, and these have excelled. I was so impressed for the one at work, I purchase a color version for my personal home use.

I was skeptical at first, but this turned out to be great printer. I own a tax business and it's perfect for printing out tax returns.

I've been using a different machine for scanning, printing copy and copier. It's great now that I only use 1 machine to all of them.

Reliable printer but the app doesn’t keep me logged in. Great printer if you use it manually (not using the app).
