This printer is amazing! I work from home due to the pandemic and I do a lot of faxing and scanning with my job so this printer is perfect for work. It was easy to set up and the printing app on my computer is easy to use as well.

the ink is very expensive and hp requires a chip on the ink so if you don't buy new tonner from hp you will have no way of knowing how much tonner you have left in your cartridge.

Finally had to replace our 2002 HP 1200, a workhorse of a printer! But the silver lining is that HP's M428fdw all-in-one printer brings us to 21st century technology. A very easy installation to print wirelessly from all our devices - computers, tables, and smartphones. Awesomeness.

This is the second unit we’ve bought for the office and it performs perfectly as a plug and play all in one. The first one went bad due to people trying to force an incorrect toner cartridge in.

I returned the last one I bought because my MacBook Air and Surface 2 both can't communicate with the printer after installation. This one works. And it works quite well so far. Only issue I noticed is the color of the print is not as dark, somewhat gray. Supply level shows full.

I love this printer. It does everything I need and it's very fast and responsive. I've owned an HP laser printer since 1990 and it still works but this one does more like faxing and it doesn't have to be connected to my computers to print my work.

Was looking for a Brother machine to replace a 12 year old Canon laser MFP. I found this HP and bought it. Have been very pleased with this machine. It is quiet and very efficient. It is a 5 star purchase at a good price.

I’m loving this new laser printer. I had to call HP to help set up the scanner and they were very helpful. They also called back the next day to make sure my issues were resolved and to check to see if I had any other questions.

Works great. Fast. Document feeder excellent. High quality B&W docs. The “easy” might happen for those more savvy with software installation. Control panel is intuitive and touch.

We were looking for an affordable copier/printer for our small office. Although this unit is a bit louder than our previous printer, it functions well. Although we have only been using it for two weeks, so far we're happy with our purchase.

This is just an excellent machine. We print all the time and after a year and a half are still using the original toner. It is very responsive. High-quality build. You will not regret this item!

This HP - LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw Black-and-White All-In-One Laser Printer - White is great. Had a slight issue getting it to get pc to recognize it over the WiFi. Used the easy step install rather than the direct install.

Awesome machine! Only complaint was getting system all connected with two laptops and two cell phones for printing and scanning. That part was a pain. Had to start over twice to get it all connected.
