Fantastic printer. Works flawlessly with a print server and the HP universal drivers. Getting scan to email setup was a little annoying when having multiple pages for setup but nothing worth removing any stars over.

I bought this since the high yield toner is relatively cheap for the number of pages you can print. The scanner is not the best as my pages for some reason go in a little crooked in the feeder. Also no drum unit inside for easier maintenance.

Great product. However, not easy to set up. Problems with software so Geek Squad had to come out to my house. Since I have coverage it was only $59 but this should not have happened since this was a brand new printer.

I had not had this print long but it seems to be doing well. I like the features and more importantly, it was easy to set up. The scanner works well and the page feeder is okay, but for the price, what can you complain about.

Best printer I’ve ever owned! No more color ink cartridges, just one black toner cartridge. You can get this model with color for a bit higher price, but my family realized that was not needed. Very pleased!

Store personnel were very helpful in helping us choose the right printer. But the installation instructions were so confusing! We had to call the Geek Squad to come to our home to complete the setup.

Fast scanning and printing....double side scan is great, one pass through. Had an older version of this printer for over 5 years. This printer is faster, crisp printing, and excellent scanning. I highly recommend.

Good scanner, copier, printer that gets the job done. I would give it 5 stars if the machine was made with more substantial material. I question how well this machine will hold up over time,

It over heats very quickly when I am scanning more than 5 pages at a time. Other than that it prints very fast. The scanner set up instructions were not that user friendly.

Works great for the office. Screen functions take more effort than needed in some cases (for example 3 clicks just to make a simple copy and about 6 clicks to scan to email).

Great machine. Sometimes the scanning is not always great but I believe it may be the document sent to you via email. HP always has great products. I have another hp printer which is great but a little older

Previous M426 failed after a year,almost identical model, the web interface and the modified setup is not as users friendly as the older M426 version. I wish they kept it. Setting up the scan to email is almost impossible....

I recently purchased the HP - Laser Jet Pro to replace an older HP version. My wife and I both complete an enormous amount of work at home and this is the perfect all-in-one laser printer for those task.

Can't go wrong with HP printers. This one has been awesome so far. Used it in a busy office, and it seems to be working great so far. Compact design, but handles a lot of printing. No complaints here so far.

My old laser jet bit the dust so I shopped and found a good deal on the HP Laser Jet Pro. I print documents for customers and need a speedy printer. This one works!

I don't know why I did not get a wireless Laser Printer before this. It saves me a lot of time by being able to print on both sides of the paper. It was well worth the price.

HP Printer all in one. Printer works good. For some reason the printer goes off line and will not communicate with the PC. Talked to HP and reloaded new drivers. Problem has not occurred in a few days on.

Installation was totally smooth. I have used the printing function, not yet tried copy or scan. This is light years better than prior printers.

Smaller screen/letters/numbers to manipulate to send fax/scan/ etc. Screen on left side of printer. I'm right-handed, so more difficult to access from placement on desk. Screen also does not rotate. Louder than my previous HP printer. My computer guy was unable to hook it up with all the software I need to use, so we had to do a work-around. We had no trouble with the previous HP printer I obtained from Best Buy. It prints and copies adequately and with decent speed.

Best Buy was great, took it right back after I spent four hours trying to get the scan function to actually scan from the machine, unsuccessfully, and I am good at this having done it many times for our small law firm. It would not scan to a networked file as advertised, it would not scan from the Doc feeder from the unit itself, but it would from the computer. And it scanned crooked, by an inch on one side, feeder or flatbed! It printed straight but copied crooked as well, from both trays! My most recent HP laptop also had a defective camera, important these days, and they did NOTHING. What a shame. GoodBye, HP.
