We bought this printer for an employee who works remote. She loves it and it has worked out great with all the features.

High Quality connection to wifi, excellent quality printing! We use this particular copier for all of our offices as it prints efficiently and quickly when needed.

Pretty slow to print when job is processed. Toner cartridge is small making the replacement time really quick. Will be expensive to operate long term.

No complaints here. HP printers are just getting better and better. I also like the insta ink program. Saves a lot of money on ink in my opinion!

This printer has a small enough footprint to use at home and enough features to use for work. Several of our employees have this model, which makes it easier to support.

In the short time since purchasing this item, I have not ha opportunity as of yet to use it. I'm not one to do a extensive amount of printing.

This replaces a Canon office machine at 5% of the cost, less than the price of a repair call. The HP is better quality but can't use 11x17 paper. A small sacrifice for the savings.

Too many things you have to download to get it to work. For this price should be easier/ quicker. Lacking many instructions. Cannot figure out how to scan to computer.

Printer is great. The only issue is Microsofts new print spooler does not allow easy install of the printer in a network environment.

The printer is huge, high-end and looks durable. Classy looking printer and very useful.

Works really well - except that it randomly goes to sleep, does not wake up properly via wifi or even when plugged into USB. Print quality and scan quality is very good, but can't get past having to restart multiple times or it just decides not to print. This printer is going to make me look at other brands in the future.

Excellent customer service. Your employee took all the time i needed to make an educated purchase and helped me with all questions I had. Highly recommend.

I now have two of these printers; for two different offices. They are great little workhorses. Ink is a little pricey but it lasts pretty long.

After setup, it could copy and print, but not scan to computer through either the USB or ethernet connection. After a lengthy but thorough support call with HP, turns out it was one of a batch that shipped with faulty firmware. The tech remoted in, updated the firmware, re-enabled the scan function, then tested it with me. It all resolved well, glad it wasn't a DOA unit, but still expect more from HP.

Excellent printers for small office. Fast scanning and printing. Great network scanning and printing functions as well.

Works as advertised but could use a larger scanner capacity. If large scans are needed just make sure you limit each "piece" to 50 pages or less.

Great price. Shopped around trying to find the best option at the best price for the office. This printer has been a great addition

This is my 2nd HP Laser Jet Pro. I used my first one so much i had to replace it with a 2nd one several years later. They last a long time.

Great printer. Scanning documents to the auto feeder works really really well as does the double-sided printing

Excellent Printer. Easy setup. Both WiFi and Ethernet options. WiFi was very easy to set up. Decent toner volume.
