This is a good printer. Prints and scans documents fast. Easy to use. I really like this printer. The only issue that I have is that after having it for 10 months, I'm getting a black strip whenever I scan and also I cannot take advantage of the ink program that HP offers. I would still recommend this product.

So far it is doing everything I expected. For years I’d been using inkjet printers and wanted to get away from constantly replacing cartridges. I’ve only recently set it up and so far it is working as expected. Print quality is great and set up was simple

Bought for home use. Works right out of the box and connects to your wifi with a few button clicks. Works seamlessly with home network. Prints so much faster than an Inkjet, well worth the price difference from inkjet models.

This is a great printer for home office or personal use. It scans clearly, prints quality, and is pretty much true to spec on performance. The only drawback is set up. I had to read some things online in order to get this set up correctly so that I could utilize all the features. Overall its a great printer after initial setup.

I purchased this for use in a small office with modest printing needs. It has worked great for us. Fast, clear printing, and no paper jams so far. Plus its easy to setup with the touchscreen and easy to use. No complaints - a great printer!

Easy to install. The printer wants to work wirelessly rather than through the included USB cable. Order another toner as the one which comes with the unit is much smaller than standard. I have not used it much but so far printing and scanning work great. Sorry no fax for me.

I have not had issue with this printer. It is great for fast office printing. So far it is the most reliable of the HP printers that I have bought and have lasted the longest. What I do have an issue with is HP Support and its software. The HP Smart software is useless.

I needed something with speed and ability to mimic being in the office while working from home and this is it! It's got all of the functionality, quick and easy to set up and the bright, simple to use screen is a huge bonus! I've already shared the model with a co-worker.

Printer works very well and the delivery was very quick and I was using it the day after I purchased it. Was able to use the phone to print to it and my computers on the network could find the printer and I was able to use it with minimal configuration.

Excellent Quality. Works well, and it is FAST. Controls are easy to learn. Much better than our old DELL which it replaced. We also LOVE the WHITE color, matching the PC. DELL only came black.

An excellent unit. We bought the laser because we dont use consistently and the laser doesn’t dry up like an ink jet cartridge. Easy setup and excellent quality of print. Good value for the money. It’s the second one we have purchased.

Easy to set up and the print quality is great. The price was good for the number of functions this thing can perform. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good all in one machine that can handle high capacity printing.

Solid printer, prints/scans/copies efficently. Ideal for a mid-size office that needs a printer with a bit more muscle than your standard at home all in one printer....bought and installed two already and would do it again!

Fast and easy to use. Setup was a breeze. Perfect copies and scans. Networks perfectly across several platforms. If it would only NOT beep very loudly every time a fax or copy is generated.

This printer was easy to set up and it’s very simple to use compared to some other copier machines. I’ve had other copiers that were a horror to hook up. The display is easy to work and see. Printer is quick and clear. So I highly recommended this Hp laser pro!

Replaced 10 year old prior version with this. Fast and easy to use. Only complaint, it does not automatically do 2 sided printing like prior model. Have to remove paper and put back in. Other than that, for the money it's fantastic.

My wife & I are working from home during the current Covid-19 shelter-in-place order, and needed a new printer for work. Ordered on-line, then parked in front of Best Buy for the curb side delivery, and moments later, the Customer Service Rep was loading the printer into the back of my pickup. This one is very fast, and can effortlessly print double-sided to save paper. We are able to print via a wireless connection, either through our home router, or directly to the printer; a very nice feature. Our only issue was loading a print driver... needed to call HP Support, and they were very helpful. A live person answered the phone and patiently helped us load an alternate driver, then called back the next day to make sure everything was going OK. Very good customer service! Thank you Bust Buy and HP!!

This has turned out to be a great printer. It’s easy to install, fast print and quality seems excellent. I haven’t used it much so I can’t comment on operating costs but it’s working great for me so far.

i had a HP Printer about 15yrs ago (worked perfectly for a long time) and thru a coworker i thought the HP Ink was too expensive so i went with His advice and bought a Canon Printer which went belly up right after the warranty ended so then i bought a Brother Printer and the result was the same the Brother Printer stopped working right after Warranty expired and both Printers went Trash Bound. This HP Printer was suggested via the BestBuy Salesman and im very happy to have a Printer that works great with my iMac couldnt be happier with this return to a HP Printer that works as advertised. Highly Recommend
