Excellent printer, scanner, fax & copy quality. Outstanding color quality on print documents. Fast, and efficient, though does use a lot of toner. so not cheap to operate. But. a very good quality printer for the minor investment.

The title tells it all. It is a really good printer. Quick, intuitive, has beautiful colors, prints evenly, not too loud, accessible through WiFi, except 2 things: 1) It was not trivial to set-up scanning to file over WiFi (e.g. to a shared folder on my Windows laptop). This is important, should be streamlined more. Anyone anytime may need to scan something e.g. to PDF, right? ...could be simpler...but works. 2) Two-sided printing with this particular model is not fully automatic. It first prints the odd pages, and then you need to re-insert those half-ready pages back into the tray to print the rest (the even pages of your document). Not a big deal, but you should be aware of this, when you buy this printer. Overall: if the above are OK with you, then it is warmly recommended.

After years of trying to get crisp, clear printouts of charts and graphs I finally broke down and spent extra on a laserjet printer. I should have done it sooner. This all in one is fast at printing, scanning, copying, and start up.

I've purchased 2 of these printers and am very glad I did. They are built really well and so far am very happy with them. Very good print quality. When it comes to printers HP is king.

This printer is super quick at getting good quality copies made! The only problem I have is that the copy colors come out darker than I would like. I have not been able to adjust the settings to where this has made a difference.

I bought this printer not realizing that it was not duplex. However, it prints great in B&W or color. My only complaint is HP's lack of good software for Windows 10. I had to load generic HP Scan software to be able to scan from my Windows 10 system.

Purchased for our small office and works great. Connected via WiFi no problem. Prints fast and quality is excellent. Good build quality so I expect will last. Perhaps it's an older model but saved over $200 from the MSRP.

I have HP printers in my law office that I use for different purposes. I use this laser printer/copier/scanner when I need color copies for exhibits or color copies of documents. It is a very fine high quality printer and it fast.

At first I thought I was paying too much, but now I am glad I bought this. It does everything it was designed to do, and then some more. Glad I made this decision, and would always stick with either HP or Canons for printers.

It is almost one year since I bought the HP LaserJet Pro MFP m477fnw. It produced consistently very fine quality print color copies. Duplex scanning is fast and reliable. Laser quality at a good price.

We had a color laser printer for a long time and just couldn't keep up the maintenance. This HP is even better! It can scan and I can print remotely. The size is half the size of our old one. We highly recommend it

Love this machine. I set it up once and print from all my devices anywhere in the house at anytime. It goes to sleep and when you call on it, it is up and running fast. Great Printer!

Cannot go wrong with laserjet quality! It's worth the extra money to pick up one that will wind up sticking around for a while. Quality is great, loaded with features and allows AirPrint capabilities which is nice on the go.

Love the printer quality and the features. I've bought other brands but nothing compares to HP. I just wish that it printed two sided automatically. And HP needs to have an actual person that you could talk to. But I did get some help from Best Buy.

This was an excellent HP Printer. I absolutely loved it. However, I got some paper stuck and the Geek Squad came to repair it and they broke it. So disappointed.

Luckily for us, this was on sale and the employees told us it was the best value. The only con is that it's kind of loud. It prints very fast and connects easily to our mobile phones for printing. It's a little heavy, but that's okay

I have printed so much and I haven't needed to stop and replace ink yet, I would have had to replace ink at least twice in my old printer...love it! The quality is great and fast, not standing around waiting for my work.
