Good quality. Fast. Seems durable. Follow directions in Documentation folder on CD to set up wireless. Replaced older Brother for less than cost of drum and toner.

The HP Laser Black and White Printer produces clear and clean quality printing jobs in a timely manner. It is extremely dependable. It was easy to connect to my computer and has given me no problems in the several weeks that I have owned it. The name Hewlitt Packard on a product screams quality and has never disappointed me.

This is my 3rd P1102W Wireless Printer. This printer is fast economical and easy to go! I moved from other countries and wherever I go, I'll buy one. I recommend.

I have four of these at my office, one at home and just bought this one for my teacher wife's classroom. It's easy to set up, very dependable and the ink cartridges last a long time. It's a very good low cost option for b/w printing. Wireless works great for iDevices. I don't think you can find a better b/w printer for the price.

I needed a laserjet (infrequently used printer) but also wanted wireless. This printer was the cheapest that had both of those. The wireless is easy to set up the first time but not easy to make changes. Ran into some issues with connectivity (ended up being router issues) but it is very difficult to find and change wireless settings on this. Also, if you use the USB cord to set it up, Windows will try to default print via USB which can cause problems.

We have 10 of these in out business. Never had an issue with any. Wireless is good, and prints nice all the time.

I had an earlier model which worked like a charm...bought this one to upgrade to use with my Mac and wirelessly. One note of caution...the instructions are very bad with the product about using wirelessly. Go to HP support site and watch video on how to connect wirelessly.

The printer was easy to set up and the quality is excellent. It works great from remote locations.

Printer prints very well and clear However, I have had many issues with getting it to print when a send a print to the queue. For it to be successful, I have to press the on/off button which takes it out of sleep, shut it off by pressing button again, then press that button again and voila my prints work. It will work for 5-15 more minutes if I print in that time.. otherwise I have to do that again. It was worse with this under my initial setup but I am leaving it as is, since it works. I wouldn't buy this printer again. I have had other printers that worked better but this is what I paid for. It's been kind of a headache for us. I typically can figure these things out, but with this printer, that hasn't been the case.. Good luck if you get one.

I purchased the same model a little over a year ago and it worked well until it made a horrible noise. It was out of warranty, and I could not get it apart enough to see the issue, but had already purchased two toner packages, so i bought the same model and it works as well as the original. I did buy the extended warranty to see if this same problem happens again, but i have had no other issues to date.

I needed a wireless printer for our customers and guests to use. This printer installs easily and performs very well to fill this need.

Its a great printer with a small slim profile. Love that I can print from my IPhone.

This is a good basic laser printer for home use. Nice features include wireless and two sided (manual) printing. Setup is easy.

The printer was easy to set up, and the quality of the output is excellent. The wi-fi capability comes in very handy when one wants to print from a laptop anywhere in the house. It's not quite as quiet as my H-P LaserJet P1505 (which still works fine after many years of service), but the noise from the P1102W is not objectionable at all. This was an excellent value for the price paid!
