This is my third HP Laserjet P1102w. I bought one for my office and home office. I just bought this one as an extra to replace my home office printer in case it goes down. The printing is great and I got this printer on a killer deal.

replaced a workhorse HP B&W that finally died with this one - so far, seems to work well: fast enough, no jams. Not sure about the price per copy. but seems like a nice easy little printer

Like the printer nice size, but it is a pain to set-up for the new iMac. It requires a cd to install software to run on the mac and the new mac does not come with a cd drive, it must be purchased. I suppose tht I could have bought the cd drive, used it to install the software and then returned it, but I didn't. I t also would have been nice if my BestBuy adviser knew about this so I wouldn't have had to make an extra trip.

This is a great printer. It works wonderfully over wifi and prints quickly and relatively quietly. The only draw back is I can't print from my phone (an iPhone).

I've had three of these printers over the years and their durability is beyond belief. One in particular I had for over ten years. Another was 'borrowed' by my daughter when she went to college and it's still working in spite of her way of testing the rigors of any computer devise.

One of the most easy printers to set up and use. We have 2 networked and can use them from any computer very easy. Can easily print forms in mass, although two sided takes a little effort but overall great buy.

See i had HP printers before and if you just need black and white you should get this its fast and i don't run out of color that i don't use and am forced to buy because it won't work as a printer without it I like HP but that model is foolish this one is a lot better.

I picked this up for one of my users who needed to print from a computer that connected to an RDP server across town. This printer will not work through terminal services. This is beyond the scope of what a regular printer user would need, so it wont affect you (unless you need to print in RDP). What is weird is pretty much any other printer will work in terminal services.
Other than that, this printer works fast and uses toner, which is more expensive than traditional ink but MUCH better (Pages print faster and more clearly- prints more pages overall per drum).

This printer is a great switch from an ink jet printer. The print out is quick. The wireless capability is a great convenience. The size and the look of the printer is very clean and neat. The only problem is getting it set up at the start. The paperwork has nice illustrations of how to physically put things in place, but it would be great if there were words to accompany the set up steps. A cd comes with the package in case the software does not automatically load; that's great if you have a drive. When the software for wireless connectivity does not load automatically, you have to search online for the download. When you do get it all together it is a nice little printer.

After my dinosaur HP LaserJet 4 plus wouldn't play nicely with my new laptop I had to send it to recycling heaven. RIP old friend. My new HP LaserJet Pro 1102w is everything I could ask for: fast, quiet, and wireless. It handles different sizes of paper with ease and doesn't occupy a city block's worth of desk. Just wakes up, does the job and goes back to sleep. I might just have to give her a name.

I was looking for a printer that wouldn't break the bank and produce quality print outs. I only needed Black and White so this was a good one to purchase. I have not been disappointed. Print quality, for the Black and White, seem nice and clear.
If you're looking for color printing you obviously do not want to invest in this machine. However, it is a wireless printer and has good basic options.

This is a great little printer. If you want a basic printer that just prints black ink, I would recommend this one. It is also fairly light so you can move from room to room if needed.

After only owning ink jet printers, I was excited to get this, I've wanted one for a long time. Great speed and image quality. The toner and price per page is WAY less than ink. Highly recommended.

We wanted a reliable black-and-white toner printer since we don't print very often. We've connected it to our network and can print from there, which took some doing, mostly due to our old router being overloaded. The actual setup was quite simple

This printer is perfect if you don't use your printer often (and your ink always dries up in your old printer) or if you print all the time! As long as you only need B/W this printer is great!

This fantastic little printer is a workhorse. It allows you to print wirelessly from all of your mobile devices including iPhone, and the new Microsoft surface Pro four. The print quality is fantastic for business documents and printing webpages.

The software shipped with the printer was corrupted from the factory. It wasn't an easy task of getting the proper software and drivers. Everything works great though once corrected.

My problem is that I should have gone on HP's website and reviewed all of their laser printers before buying this one. It does not have any evident scanning capability and it is a discontinued model. I paid "Best Buy" the normal retail price for this item whereas it should have been discounted since it was discontinued. HP offers a newer similar model that is much cheaper and uses a cheaper cartridge. However, the printer does perform well. Don't be a dummy like me, do your on-line research before impulse buying.
