Works well and is quiet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is hard to give a detailed review when i think I have only printed 20 pages. It works, it scans, it was easy to set up. Its in color, it duplexes. Its wireless, its quiet.

||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.prints great, connection with the app was easy, downside is we have to use the app to configure it, i'd prefer a web portal or other method. scans are great, easy to use

I love it!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I researched this printer for months and finally decided to take the plunge and buy it. Because of Covid 19 I had it delivered and I am now taking classes online at home so this is just what I needed. Very easy setup about 5 minutes and it took longer to get it out of the box because of how securely it was packaged. HP quality and reliability and I love the volume printing capability of the laser printer.

Wi-Fi issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a HP printer fan but it was all Best Buy had. Setting up Wi-Fi was a pain had to do some research on line. Even now that it’s on Wi-Fi it will not print. It has its own wifi and you have to get on it before you can print something. I use HP laptops but always have trouble with their printers. Print quality is pretty good but not perfect. It’s large but all color ones are. Hopefully it will last a while.

Very Pleased!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's fast, great sharp colors! A little tiny bit louder than my old printer, but not too bad at all. Arrived quickly. The touch screen is nice and big and easy to use. The only thing is the fact that it copies on both sides automatically. But it's worth the trouble when you factor in how much cheaper the ink is!! Prints on labels with ease. Very happy with my purchase! The paper tray is nice, it pulls out quite far and is easy to adjust for different size paper.

Easy setup, doesn't take up too much space
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For an all-in-one, it's not huge. Starts up fast after sleeping but it is pretty loud. No problem if your printer is across the room but if you want it near you (like I think most people do) it's loud. But prints quick and quiets down so not that big a deal. Nice looking and prints well. Good scan and paper capacity. Wireless is definitely nice. On the fence about the economics - at close to $100 per XL cartridge for 4 total I'm watching how long these starter cartridges will last. 500 printer cost + 400 for cartridges. Hope they last a looong time.

Great color laser printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although we have only been using this printer for the past 3 weeks it was very easy to set up and easy to gain wireless access to with all of our devices. Printing has been quick and quality has been excellent. Printed several student projects over the past few weeks and they looked fantastic! The only negative that we have experienced so far is that the keypad on the printer has been a bit touchy lately but nothing that has kept us from getting the performance we expect! Hopefully, this will be a purchase we will still be praising for years to come.

Great printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer is great. The ink price is outrageous. But, most printers ink is approximately the same price as the printer..... I replaced my Samsung printer with this one. It was the best decision.

Great printer with quality printing.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great printer. Easy to setup and use. Print quality is excellent. Printer features are great for most home printing needs. We use ours to print labels and regular paper items in color and black and white. My only complaint with this printer is the noise it makes when printing. It is really noisy when you print anything.

A great printer with one exception.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great printer for printing anything work related. It is quick to print when doing bulk work and good at keeping the pages coming without jams or issues. The toner is a little expensive for this printer, but it'll last you a good while in between replacements. Overall I'm happy with this purchase, hp should price the toner a little more affordable and it would be a great printer.

Great Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Thus far, I really like this printer. It is simple to set up. It works very well. It gets a lot of sheets per toner cartridge. I do not like having to use the App HPSmart to use it but that is my only real reservation.

AMAZING and I LOVE this printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVE this printer. This was absolutely the easiest printer I have ever set up. I mean EVER. It printed from my HP, my Macbook, my phone! I can't express to you enough how much I love this printer. The quality is A+++ when printing flyers. I would highly recommend this over any other printer I have ever had. It is a little more costly but well worth every penny!

Nice print quality not so nice wireless connectivi
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It prints very well. Nice colors. The one thing I worried about is what happened - after a few months, it loses wireless connection with my Mac and I have to turn it off then on again to refresh the connection (real 1980s Atari level stuff). It's a bit loud too but that doesn't bother me so much. The connection loss does. I think having to use an app vs just a direct connection to the printer makes the difference. But that's how HP has always rolled IMO with extra fluff in their process.

Great Black and White AIO Printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is good for medium duty printing. Connected to the network easily. Installed on mac easily with print and scan. software didn't work so well on the windows 10 pc but still was able to get the printer to work but have to scan through windows app.

Worth the cost of the printer and cartridges.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned the HP LaserJet Pro M283fdw printer for over six months. It has performed flawlessly. Today was the first time I was notified that one of the cartridges was low. I knew that the original cartridges were not large capacity. I knew the cartridges were expensive. Despite the cost of cartridges I believe this printer is a better choice for me than inkjet printers. I have owned two inkjet printers with ink tanks to reduce the cost of supplies. Both of those printers developed issues within six months. So I have two useless inkjet printers in the basement. Getting a color laserjet eliminates the problem of the print jets clogging. I will gladly pay more to have a reliable color printer that I don’t have to worry about the ink drying out.
