I've owned the Neverstop for about 6 weeks. So far, it works great, although printing quality is not the highest and the drawer for holding paper is on the cheesy side. But setup was easy and the Neverstop is supposed to be reliable and very inexpensive to run.

prior to purchase checked reviews of product quality and toner reliability, found positive feedback, purchased item, received order in timely manner, very easy setup process for printer and very impressed with quality and reliability of item, no toner needed out of the box and the replacement toner is cost effective and mess free while being easy to install, this printer exceeded my expectation.

Best laser printer I have had the pleasure of owning! Produces beautiful documents with both its copy and print functions. Quiet, fast operation. I also purchased the large toner drum which provides much greater number of pages, but have not installed it yet as I am still using the toner that came installed with the printer. Highly recommend this product!

Easy installation, fast printing, quiet running!!!!

So far so good. Just purchased almost a month ago. No issues. One thing to mention the cover for the paper tray is cumbersome in placing it back after loading paper. This laser replaced a Canon that I had over 18 years.

Fast, quiet and works great. only problem doesn't print in color.

Nice and fast printer that we are primarily using to print out our kids virtual schooling worksheets - have not come close to running out of ink yet, and have literally printed over 100 pages. Price was good too, considering the high quality of the printer. Our Cannon color printer still has a place in our home, but not for the volume of B/W we need to print out.

Great printer. Cant get it to connect to my phone to print wirelessly like I was told I could, however I use this printer every day and its very good quality. Wish I would have gotten a color printer though

So far this printer has been amazing. We have yet to add toner and so cannot speak to that, but everything else about the printer has been good. It was easy to set up and the print is crisp. I'm looking forward to adding toner but think this won't happen for a long time to come (it just does not consume toner like the ink jet printers do ink).

Printer seems to be good quality and simple overall construction seems like there will be less issues down the road. I really like the focus on recyclability and reduced plastic usage, both in the construction, packaging and toner system. First prints from the printer are of great quality. HP app works much better than other printer apps I've used recently.

Performance is great, the design is sleek, & I even like the sounds it makes, it’s pretty quiet. The lid for the paper tray at the bottom is awkward without a hinge & seemed unnecessary so I don’t use it.

My new printer arrived very fast, easy set up and working smoothly so far. It’s a nice size that fits on home computer desk. Not loud when printing documents. Though it’s wireless not sure the distance you have to be when wanting to print from your car or other outside locations of the home. But I’m glad with my purchase and would recommend it also!

Wow this printer is fantastic! Initially I was looking for a cheap inkjet but of course 'out of stock'. So then the price between inkjet and laser become much closer. This printer comes out of the box with enough toner for 5,000 copies - SOLD! The prints are perfect and I don't have to spend $20/mo on ink.
