I have never been more happy with a purchase, a best buy employee helped me find the perfect printer to fit on my small desk, in addition the printer is so easy to set up especially if you are not a techy person like myself! Prints glamorusly comes with free ink and protection plan is also at a steal price!

Super easy set up and quality printing...overall very pleased with purchase! I had no issues on set up or printing, Paper does not jam and I use printer on wireless mode from laptop and cellphone. During set up it walks you through each step and does 2 print test sheets to assure proper install and alignment of ink cartridges. I chose this printer also based on cost of replacement ink cartridges, In addition, HP offers a ink program (info enclosed with owner's manual). Quality printer for a great price!!

This printer is a workhorse. It has all the features I need: print, copy, scan, fax. The speed is fairly fast. I print many ink intensive items and the speed is very acceptable. Normal file printing is very fast. Faxing is done quickly. I use this printer everyday and it produces good copies. The wireless feature is very convenient once it is set up for wireless. I called customer support for assistance. The representative set up the wireless feature. There is a set up wizard and a CD for assistance. For the price it is well worth the cost, even if I had to replace every year.

This printer is excellent!! Great price as well & like any other HP product the quality is perfect for everyday needs. Most all-in-one printers have a higher price tag so this definitely is a must have! Bought it on sale at Best Buy & have enjoyed ever since!

This printer was the bargain of the year and I was very skeptical about getting HP but I got it and I love that I never have a problem with it it Prince When it wanted to print but WiFi works great the picture comes out great the print is great thank you HP

The printer was easy to set up and connect multiple devices to via WiFi. It’s being used in a high wireless traffic area and performs well in this environment. Build quality is mediocre, but for the price, one can’t complain too much.

I was a doubter from past experiences from HP but during this unfortunate time i needed a reliable printer that wont stop one me my Canon gave up out of no where and i had invested in new cartridges, this HP offers a FREE INK SUPPLEMENT if you have a certain low minimum of pages you print a month you can get FREE INK FOR LIFE and that was perfect for me , you get free INK your first month and then until it runs low, you basically have a back up of free cartridges at your disposal and HP charges you 1.99 for the extra 10 page a month you print , this is amazing. This is a fax machine but HP offers a mobile app to FAX straight from your phone depending on your mobile plan, i love this product. I use it with a Macbook and iPhone

I love my new printer. I like that it's more compact than the one I originally owned. I also like that certain forms that I had to be connected to the internet with my old printer, I can now print without a internet connection with this printer.

This printer is easy to set up, printing is good quality and I love that I can print remotely. Great price too!

Printer was easy to set up, easy to use wirelessly, and prints at a decent speed. Requires scanning one page at a time, however is good for picture printing and using SD card directly.

printer fills my needs and is not complicated to use. not being tech savvy, i wanted a quality printer that did the basics while letting me use all the features as i learned.

My last printer was in serious need of an upgrade but decided to wait to purchase until it was on its last leg. I should have jumped sooner. After extensive research I narrowed down my desire to a specific model. Of course not one place had it in stock. After 2 weeks without a printer I became desperate and showed up at Best Buy- due to covid-19 was unable to actually shop in store but the sales people were fantastic. They only had 1 printer in stock less than $200. Obviously, I took it home. This HP will not set up shortcuts to print from page, it only prints thru an app. Everything must be saved as a PDF then printed thru HP Smart Print App, which is a few extra steps than my old printer. Now that I have figured out the quirks, I really enjoy the printer. Came with free trial of Instant Ink from HP which is amazing. Basically, your printer tells HP it needs more ink and magically gets mailed to you without any prompting or worry on your part. Life is hectic enough to not have to worry about printing last page of a doc without ink is awesome. Quality of printing is basic but perfect for my at home needs. I have been a work from home agent for years and mostly print work docs or sales forms which are clear and easy to read. It is a little noisy when printing but can be used in another room from office or maybe not so close to phone system. It is completely wireless but as a backup I bought the cable since my wifi does what it wants. Overall, it was a good purchase. just wish the shortcut for printing was easily accessible.

Pretty good printer for simple printing. Only wish it printed front and back. Price was decent as well and on sale. Sick of paying for expensive printers that break. At least when this one goes it won’t hurt as much

I needed a new printer because my other broke down after 4-5 years of use. I bought this on the recommendation from the sales clerk at Best Buy. I looked further into this model and decided I'd get it. Very happy with my decision. Good price too.

I had an old HP All in one. More than 10 yrs old. It has served me well. Still works but couldn't print wirelessly because it predates Bluetooth and USB connection. This one was perfect for the $ and its smaller & sleek looking as well. Easy out of the box installation and everybody in the house is connected from their own rooms. The BB salesman was very knowledgeable and patient too. He answered all my questions (and there were plenty). I am so glad I found this item and I havent even used all the features yet.

When the toner I needed to buy for my old OfficeJet 5510 was going to cost more than the price of this 3830, I figured it was time to update. Not only was I surprised by the features included in this sub $100 printer (print, fax, scan, copy, web) but it looks sharp too. Beside finally being able to do wireless printing, my favorite feature is the ePrint. I can just forward any e-mail I receive to my printers e-mail address and its waiting for me when I get home.

This is a great home printer. I bought another printer earlier in the day and it was garbage and hard to set up. I returned that one and bought this one, it took five minutes and stress free, prints well, good home printer.

This printer is very easy to set and get online. It prints nicely and at a good speed. I don't think the copying function is that great. Certainly overall another good product from HP.

Our clinic purchased the HP 3830 to use for simple copy duties. Our front desk continually needs to make copies of identification and insurance cards. Simple task, which the 3830 does quickly, and importantly, quietly. There is a pleasant what we call a "tinker bell" chime after the copies are made. Nice touch ! We do not use the wireless capability. We use the copier connected directly via either net cable to our front desk computer. As it is a violation of federal privacy laws to use a wireless system for this. For us it is critical we have the option of going wired or wireless. Therefore, it also means I have no opinion of it's wireless functionality. Copies are clear and readable.

We got a heck of a deal on this printer and it was totally worth it. It hooked up wirelessly to the home network without fail and installation was a breeze.
