Easy to set up, no tools involved and took less than 20 minutes to start to operate. The print out from my computer was good and clear. Haven't used the other functions such as fax, copy and scan yet. I especially like the light-up window which tells you what is on. The unit is light and compact that fits well on my desk. The price was good compared with other models, and even has more functions.

We bought this wireless printer for Christmas. I was worried about the setup, but everything went smoothly and we were printing from our phones, tablets and laptops in no time. Plus it prints about 10 times faster than our 3-year old wired printer. Very Happy !

I was kind of intimidated with a new printer but found this printer pretty easy to install and use. It works quickly and makes great copies. Scanning to computer was explained and easy to do, Not being a techie I found this printer perfect for me.

We love this printer! It is so user friendly as well as very quiet. The quality of the b/w and color documents is high quality. And it really is an all in one. I also love that we can print from our phones, tables, laptops or computers. I would most definitely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a great printer at a great price

this printer does it all.. from scanning multiple pages at once to printing out a 70+ page article for school. it is fast and quiet when printing. connecting for wireless was also a breeze. this printer is used for coupons, school and work.

This works way beyond expectations. I decided years ago not to ever buy a home printer again - mostly due to the costs of purchasing toner. Due to having college students in the house I had to reconsider that move and, wow... am I impressed. Working wirelessly from other parts of the home and through my mobile device is awesome. But the "killer" is the HP Instant Ink. So freaking cool (and a little mind-blowing) how the printer can communicate to the Toner Gods that it is time to ship new product. Bonus for including a pre-addressed toner cartridge recycling bag as well as having a duplex option. If this thing could staple and punch holes... I might adopt at a child.

Fast an easy setup. Easy connection with all of our wireless devices. Very convenient prints right from my phone. Colorful clear prints, feed tray holds photo and printer paper eliminating the need to change the paper whenever printing photos.

The printer was easy to hook up. I hooked up wireless with my computer. I think it took longer to unbox the printer than it did setting it up. Set up happened the first time and it was simple. The printer takes a couple of seconds to connect when m print is pressed. Probably due to wireless connection. Not sure if it is different hard wired. Prints are nice. Colors are vibrant. Prints fairly fast. Put it on Ecco mode to print faster and save ink if you're not too concerned about quality. The printer prints on both sides of the paper as well without having to touch the page. Nice because it helps save paper. I would buy this printer again. Only drawback is the paper tray size. Wish it held a little more paper. Good printer though for home use or a home business.

I needed a new printer, and found that this particular model had some great reviews. Installation was very simple and straightforward, and, so far, print quality is up to my expectations. I like the wireless function - much easier than having to plug in the USB.

This is a good printer for someone who wants printing capabilities but doesn't want to spend a lot of money. Two factors swayed my decision: it has a fax component and it's wireless. Being wireless gives flexibility: I can print sitting at the pc or from my smartphone or other wireless device. So I can be reading my email from my phone in another room, see something I want to print and send the piece to the printer. This printer also that prints on both paper sides automatically. My only option with my former printer was to hand feed which wasn't a huge deal but definitely annoying. Only drawback that kept me from giving 5 stars was the speed of the printing. Maybe it's my setup, but the printer prints half a page, pauses for 10-15 seconds, then prints the remainder. But even if it printed the full page, it's still a bit slower then my previous one.

Only had this a short while, but am very pleased. Easy set up and good quality printing. Haven't had the need to scan or fax yet, so cannot comment on that aspect. Pretty compact size fits nicely in the cubby hole above the desktop.

Went in wanting to get a multifunction color laser printer. Only options were just way too big in size. Ended up picking up this HP and very satisfied. The set up was easy on both the CPU and MAC. Connected 4 different computer systems up in no time. Also, have a high school senior and a middle schooler who really loves the wi fi printing!!!! Print quality so far seems really good. Definitely worth the price (money saved!)

This printer is my first Wireless printer. and it makes life so easy. I can print everything from my tablet, laptop, PC and even my phone in a moment. I highly recommended and it was so cheap

We like the wireless feature and have used it several times. Not sure how efficient it is on ink yet. HP is delivering first cartridges per the Instant Ink Program. Easy set up, quiet and fast printing

Haven't completely tapped into the capabilities of this printer, but so far it's a steal. Really awesome to print wirelessly, quality is good, simple to use features. Very pleased with this purchase.

Pros - the printer is great for home use, has scanning, document feeder, doesn't take up a lot of room and easy to use. Cons - a bit slow, but I'm at home and have time to print.

Really needed a new, wireless printer. This was a wonderful suggestion by Best Buy employee. Great color, quiet, able to print from my phone, tablet, and desktop effortlessly.

I needed a printer that had fax, scan and two sided copy features. All features are user friendly and the printed documents are very good quality. Would definitely recommend .
