My old HP printer finally died. It was extremely reliable so I looked for a similar printer. While the new one seems to work well, it is much larger than the old one which means you need a much bigger space for it.

Well, nothing but problems with this printer since day one. Stays connected to wireless network for a few days and then drops. Printer sits 6 feet from wireless modem in same room. I have moved the printed to 4 different locations in office to hope to improve signal. Still issues. Then yesterday the printer decided to display A problem has occurred with system files and says update will be installed. Well since not on wireless it cannot update. I run an IT department and I tried downloading driver to PC, and hard wiring into printer to update the firmware but since the printer is dead to outside nothing will recognize it. So now here I am with a second dead HP printer in last 12 months. Other one still sitting in garage waiting to be recycled. Guess I will toss this one. I love the HP instant ink program and stinks I have to switch brands now since quality is lacking it seems.

Hasn’t worked since I brought it home. I have to reset it every time I use it, which takes a minimum 30 minutes to a half an hour.

I decided to buy this printer after my printer gave up after 8 year.. I started it and It worked for 3 days until it said a important software was deleted.. I though it was going to up date on it own it never did.. I had to return it.. I went back to espon brand like my old one..plus what I didn’t like is that u need to have the app to be able to print from it
