Out of date replaced with ancient!

A couple of days later received both ink cartridges that were out of date! They expired February 2016. When I load an out of date cartridge, my printer gives a warning. So I called Best Buy customer service. A very nice customer service representative seemed as surprised as me that Best Buy would ship out of date ink. She reordered the ink. The new cartridge arrived a couple of days later. Expiration date? Cyan October 2014! Yellow November 2013! I can’t even believe a company is keeping ink that out of date in stock! Will not ever buy ink from BestBuy.com again!

A decent deal

Right on time...

I loved being able to use the reward certificate for an online purchase. The ink cartridge arrived right on time by the date promised. Thanks, BB!
