We have had good experience with our old HP All-In-One laser jet -- the thing lasted much longer than any other printer we've had so we have high hopes for this new model. Setup was easy. Printing works well. Have not actually tried faxing yet. Scanning works, though if multiple people are logged on the the laptop it fails -- annoying. If the printer has not been used in a few days, when you go to use it, it will be asleep, then waking it (by pressing home button) triggers a long and noisy "self maintenance" cycle. Very annoying. Recommended, but just barely so.

Have not used all the capabilities of this machine. However, a couple of things that are noticeable: It is very fast to print. My old printer seemed to take forever to start printing. This one starts printing with little or no hesitation. Bad things: Uses different ink cartridges than my old machine. Once I set it up for FAX, that became the default print whether I want it or not. Have to go back and change it every time I want to print.

We had previously purchased an HP all-in-one printer that did a great job, but that started having streaks from the scanning element. I was a bit worried that at this price point the quality would suffer but it didn't. This printer is fantastic and I love the fact the ink is monitored and we get new ones when needed.

Bought this as a replacement for my old HP printer. I really like how fast it prints. Easy to use.

Best printer hands down..you don’t need to be a genius to set up. WiFi prints with ease. Love it..

Iam a student and this printer worked perfectly. I did have to look up youtube tutorials to set this up and download the software/driver which was a little confusing but worked out in the end.

This is the best printer I have owned yet. The color prints are perfect! The colors in photos are amazing! You don't even need photo paper, printing photos on copy paper come out just like a photo! Brilliant colors! Ink does run out a bit fast when you print in color a lot though, but that is to be expected. Scanning works great too! I have not tried the faxing feature yet but since everything else is so great, I'm sure that is great too! Great for small home business!

I'm a little biased, because I don't really like any printers. It prints, and it prints good qualtiy documents. It has plenty of connection options, and is pretty easy to setup/use. Sometimes, it needs to do a periodic self cleaning, and it can take a while. Not a fan of how little you get out of this printer's ink cartridges, but that's been true of most printers I've used.
