The print quality is superb - sharp and with good color and contrast. Scan/copy and fax functions also work well. This printer replaces an older model OfficeJet with a push button control panel. The single touch screen on this model is quite small and took me awhile to get used to, but this is the only (slightly) negative comment. Overall, a great printer for the price.

Good printer...once I got one that worked.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this with Christmas Best Buy gift cards. Got the printer out of the box, set up and powered on. Immediately displayed a paper jam error on the auto document feeder (ADF) even though I hadn't printed the first page. Double checked all packing was removed. Check. Called HP Support and went through some diagnostics. Cleared the error by basically resetting the printer. Printer worked. Next day, I get a followup call from HP just to follow up on how the printer was doing (Great Customer Service for this). I told Support Associate I hadn't even powered up the printer today. Turned printer on...ADF error was back. Customer Support Associate advised me to return to Best Buy for a new one as this printer had a manufacturing defect and nothing else could be done to resolve it. The second printer is now working. It takes about a minute for it to fully be ready to print with all of the gyrations going on with the print head carriage. That would be my only complaint. Once it is ready to print it is very fast and quiet. The other problem I have encountered with this and another wireless HP printer I own is it being "offline" when trying to print a document. That required me to reconfigure the wireless settings.
