Outstanding Printer

First thing I noticed was the ease in setting it up for faxing. My printer jobs are very fast. One thing it proforms maintenance automatically if you are not using it for a while. HP program for the shipment of ink works great and you can see your print progress in your account. I would recommend this printer for purchase.

Easy setup

Had same model for 4 years that stopped printing one of the ink colors. Diagnosis was to clean printer head. Too involved for me because familiar with the operation of this model and was happy with its performance.

Good Upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was easy to set up, but my old computer system still tried to pull up my old printer when asked to print....called in the Geek Squad, problem solved. I was very sorry to get rid of my old HP Photosmart, and to add insult to injury I had just bought and replaced all the ink cartridges. A big loss to my purse because the new printer is only a wee difference in size. Wow what a kick in the face, or pocket.

It is very easy to change from printing legal envelopes, 8.5 x 11 copies and printing pictures on photo paper. The HP SMART app is awesome and makes scanning documents very easy. It also shows the ink levels so I know when I'm getting low. Our old HP printer was pretty old. I'm enjoying all the new technology with the new HP printer.
