Wonderful!

I was hesitant at first, as it seemed a little intimidating (I am not the most savvy computer person). It prints well, doesn't have any issues. The feature of HP knowing when your ink is out, is very nice. You do have to sign up for it, but they send the ink before you run out! I print a lot and don't often have the time to stop and get ink. Very much worth our $$

After using a few other printer brands, I concluded that HP was probably ready for another try. I chose the Officejet Pro 6978 based on reviews, pricing and what looked to be a good fit with my printer needs. I've used all the functions and have found the 6978 was easily set up, easy to operate and it functioned as advertised. Good job!

It is very easy to change from printing legal envelopes, 8.5 x 11 copies and printing pictures on photo paper. The HP SMART app is awesome and makes scanning documents very easy. It also shows the ink levels so I know when I'm getting low. Our old HP printer was pretty old. I'm enjoying all the new technology with the new HP printer.

Outstanding Printer

First thing I noticed was the ease in setting it up for faxing. My printer jobs are very fast. One thing it proforms maintenance automatically if you are not using it for a while. HP program for the shipment of ink works great and you can see your print progress in your account. I would recommend this printer for purchase.

Good quality once you finally get it to print.

Pretty nice printer

Ink price is reasonable and print quality is good. The only problem I have with this printer is it take take a while to start printing. Usually does a printer maintenance before it prints and take a couple minutes to actually start printing. Once that is done, you can print as much as you want and it prints right away.
