It was easy to setup and get it printing on our network. Had no problems. It prints very easily and clear. Very happy with product.

The printer works well. Great images, color representation, double-sided printing. The glass is a bit smaller than my precious HP printer, so consider what your main images will be. Wireless has worked flawlessly with multiple devices. I've used most features in the short time I've had it, including fax and scanning, and all perform to our satisfaction.

Five Star quality of photo prints. Wireless feature works as promised. HP could have expanded on their minimal setup instructions.

I exchanged our Epison printer for the hp office jet pro 6978 wireless printer and we absolutely love it! The set up process was easy, the printing & pictures quality is clear and sharp. I especially like the wireless feature, we can print from anywhere in the house without using a USB cord. Great printer for all your little project needs.

The printer is very good for quality printing and fast printing pages. It is also good for scanning documents to my computer.

We have two of these printers and absolutely love them! It is great for scanning, copying, and printing. I have also printed out custom 5x7 invitations with no issues. Definitely recommend this printer over other out there!

Easy setup. Great iPhone app. Quality printing. I use it often to scan important documents and the iPhone app makes it very easy.

I purchased this printer in Oct 2022 and became so frustrated with it and replaced it by the end of October 2024. When it did work, it worked great. Slowly but surely it did got worse and worse. Incredibly difficult to get a hold of HP customer support to help with issues. I started having issues with the wireless scanning feature. Ended up taking me 6 months to get a hold of HP support and have them "help" me only for them to tell me that because my laptop had the latest OS update for Mac that it could no longer wirelessly scan.... no fix after 6+ months and none were expected. That was just the beginning of it. I started having issues with the ink subscription I had through HP, issues with the printer spazzing out and not working for no reason. So I finally gave up on it and switched to an Epson. Extremely disappointed in HP, their lack of quality and customer service nowadays. Honestly the worst home printer I've ever owned. Ended up trading it in to Best Buy to recycle. Don't know that I'll ever try HP again

Working perfectly at home and office. No issues so far. you can copy and scan from auto feeder and can choose print both sides optional. you can print from phones remotely anywhere. highly would recommend

Excellent all-in-one printer and I highly recommend this model. I actually use all of its functions on a daily basis and I've had no problems at all. Also, I'm a subscriber to Instant Ink and recommend this service for this printer.

I actually went in to buy a more expensive printer that I had seen on line that had been discounted , but after talking with the sales person, I decided that I really did not need a printer for a large office and This printer had almost the same functions at a bigger savings. I did not like the directions , a little vague but I easily programmed my phone to print in less then 5 minutes. getting it to work with my computer was a bit of a nightmare . finally after calling best buy and not getting anywhere with their own geek squad to help me on line , I decided to wing it and i shut down all my added security on my computer and it finally connected to the printer and started downloading the data it needed . once I got that figured out , its actually really a nice printer for a small home office or small business . i am not impressed with the color quality on paper , but i still have yet to try other printing options. so far i give it 4 out of 5 stars . works really well with my android phone and was really easy to get it paired up and working with my cell phone.

This printer has all the features needed, copy (color & black & white), scan, fax and print. The images are clear, the scanner is easy to use and the set up was very simple. I like that I can scan and copy multiple pages or use the flatbed for individual sheets. The affordable price with all these features made this an easy purchase.

This model replaced a previous HP printer that lasted longer then expected! Great price for a quality product. The individual color cartridges are a real plus as you only replace the specific color needed at the time. Fax and scanning capabilities are a real convenience for home or small office.

The printer was very easy to install and took only a few minutes. Prints good, but is a little noisey. Only problem is if you don't use it for a few days, the ink won't print and you have to do the Clean Printhead thing twice, which wastes ink and paper. Don't know if it's a printer or cartridge problem. Overall a good printer and value.
