Easy to set up and use. Quick clear crisp printing in both color and B/W

We were in the market for an upgrade on an older wireless HP all in one model we got about 5 years ago. The older HP 6500 was giving us issues connecting to the internet and it also had a pretty outdated interface. This was a nice upgrade. It takes up a bit less space, prints a bit faster, and so far we've had no issues printing wirelessly from any of the various computers or mobile devices we have. Using the HP connected website I was able to download all the software I needed in each of teh 3 PCs we have pretty easily (loved not needing to install from discs). The auto ink ordering seems like it might be a nice feature for someone who has the money for it. I simply refill my own catridges and save that way. My wife is a teacher and I work at a non profit. So we print, copy, and scan for work at home quite a bit. This is a great printer for what we need.

my cannon no longer worked and price to repair the print head too much and this HP was on sale which was less to purchase new than fix old. Love this printer for the price paid. A little louder at start up. Function / menu easy to use.

Print quality and speed is great and It is very easy to connect mobile devices to it. The scanner is great for documents, too, but I tried using it for scanning art but it is not the best. overall it is a good printer and i would reccomend it to others.

This is a Great printer. Easy to set up, reasonable size footprint, and fantastic print quality. I operate a home based business that requires high quality printed documents and this printer more than delivers at a very reasonable price.

Easy setup, and directions. Hold lots of paper. Ink is easy to load, cant speak to how long it will last. Would have given 5 stars but has some quirks. The auto feed only works when triggered from the computer. If you try to scan from the printers screen it will only start the bed and not the feed for the top. It is a little big but can't see how it could be made smaller.

Prints like a much more expensive business printer.Very easy to set up and you can print from any Wi-Fi device you own. It even monitors your ink and when you get low it automatically orders more to be delivered right to your door!

This is a most excellent printer. It prints jobs quickly and with great detail. The ink cartridges are simple to change. The scanner is very quick, even loading through the document feeder. It was simple to set-up, on both PCs and Macs. Online support for a faulty cartridge was resolved quickly, and cartridge was replaced at no cost.

Love the easy setup, printing capabilities and direct email address to the printer so I can send something remotely if needed at home. I also purchased the automatic ink order refill for less than $3 per month, it's great!
