Easy to set up and coordinate with computer, this HP printer does everything you need: copy, fax, scan, print. While the ink catridges are not as cheap as a laser printer it is still reasonable for home use given the convenience.

So far, so good. Everything works well. It would be nice if I could scan from the tray to my computer via wifi, but seems I need to use a thumb drive to use the feeder. Scans from the glass work fine for sending via w ifi. Machine froze up once requiring a reboot, but worked fine after. Need a hardline, which I don't have, to fax. Overall, quite happy.

This is my second HP printer. I had my other printer since 2003 and hope this one lasts just as long. This has been great so far it works with both my laptops and can scan, copy & print. I like the feeder on the top that way I can copy & scan and don't have to get up each time to put the next page on the glass. Also, got it for a great price.

I love this printer it was easy to set up , it scans, emails and you can send or receive faxes and it’s wireless!!! The money I’ve saved from using OfficeMax has paid for it !!

The printer works very well. It's fast, quiet, and it prints from my phone or MacBook. Photo print quality is excellent. I also like that it sounds a little chime to indicate that the print job is finished. Good product.

Easy to set up WORKS efficiently No problems so far with printing or copying, scanning and faxing documents.. Love also the HP program as you don't have to go to store to get HP ink..this is my 2nd all in 1 HP printer

Great print quality and very fast printing. Can connect as wireless and also as a fax machine; Reasonably compact. Sale price represented a major discount and with the $15 credit for turning in my old printe, it was a steal.

Great printer for the price. Prints very quickly and super easy set up. Only dislike is sometimes you have to turn the wifi on and off on the actual printer for your iPad etc to find printer and AirPrint. But other than no issues!

I needed to replace my current printer and wanted one with auto duplex scan and copy using the ADF. The 6978 is packed full of useful features in a compact size for an Officejet Pro. When my older HP 7520 began having issues and finally got to the point where I could no longer stand waiting and waiting for things to print, I walked into Best Buy to purchase a new inkjet printer. The sales associate saw me looking at printers and came over to see if I needed assistance. I explained my needs to him and he recommended the HP6978. It meets my needs (approximately 100-150 2-sided pages each month), but I kind of wish that the printer didn't spit pages out on the floor. My old HP printer didn't do that. Other than that one issue (and I keep a drawer open under the front of the printer and that takes care of most of the spitting issue), I am very happy with my new printer. It was easy to set-up, and the wireless printing function works seamlessly.

Very pleased with this printer. It fits well in our office and is easy to operate. Nice efficiency for a home office printer. Reasonable printer cartridge replacements. Enjoy scanning option as well.

This printer was a Christmas gift from my husband. We had a printer but I was dying to get an air printer to use with my iPhone. This product is the answer to my prayers! It was easy to set up, the air print works perfectly, and it scans items quickly and efficiently. I like the ink refill program that is available to assure you never run out of ink. The price is good for the ink too. I was also pleased to find out I can print documents while away from home so they are ready and waiting when I return. Perfect for when you're in a rush but forgot to print that restaurant coupon so you can just swing in and pick up your coupons and away you go! The print quality is really good. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a wireless multipurpose printer.

My HP all in one is great. It was easy to set up, makes great prints/copies and it is pretty cool with the wireless app on my iPhone I can send pictures straight to the printer and get great prints. It's so simple

My old HP6000 finally wore out and the 6978 was an easy choice. Great prints whether from the computer, phones, or tablets. I love the duplex document scanner. Saves me from the extra step of merging scans. I would give it a 5 but sometimes scans of single pages are slightly skewed and I have to rescan (because I want it exact). Ink usage is also unknown so far. Easy to install and the Windows software has a lot of scanning and printing controls. I use the wifi connection
