I bought this printer before Christmas 2019. I use it alot. Totally easy set-up, it scans & prints right every time! I would buy this printer again!

After reviewing numerous printers, this one seems to cover all the bases really well! I think it prints better than some of the newer ones.

Best Buy offered a trade-in for an old printer. Unfortunately, it was not disclosed on the website nor in the ad. I drove to the store, saw it on the shelf, turned around and drove back to get my printer, and returned. An hour of wasted time. The printer is a very good replacement for the one I had.

My old printer was an Epson, and it worked fine for a few years, but eventually, for some reason, it quit connecting to my computer (only when I tried to scan something). Anyways, after researching several all-in-one printers, I settled on this one. I can scan now and the printer is awesome!

I just purchased a HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. Luckily it was a Black Friday pricing. It is a superb printer and does double sided to double sided printing and is wireless and very fast. I am using the instant ink program. You pay for the number of pages you print , not the amount of ink you use.

Have owned HP "all in one" printer/fax/copiers/scan since they entered the market. This version the best yet! The paper tray is fabulous compared to the previous version, and the print speed great. The ink cartridges much easier to install. Set up was a breeze for someone not good at tech.

So easy to set up. Just sit back and let the computer do the work. Using the touch screen is very easy and intuitive. Prints fast enough for any home use. Double sided scan, print, copy are very useful. Only problem is that it does not create PDF files when I scan directly to the computer. So I put a memory stick in and it becomes a PDF when I place the stick into the computer for downloading. All in all worth the price.

Bought this printer because of the ease of setting it up on my home network. It prints quickly and have not yet had any paper jams. Ink cartridges are also easy to change out.

Perfect office printer, great for making copies of jewelry pieces. No other brand can get clear images of 3 dimensional items. The ink on demand program makes our life very easy, no more shopping for ink.

This printer is excellent. It does dbl sided printing, fax, print, scan, copy, and also uses wifi to print from tablets, smart phones, and laptops without having a wire connected to it.

It's compact, convenient, simple to use, works great, and prints clean, clear, and fast. What more could you ask for!? Oh yea, and the ink is delivered right to your home!

I wasn't going to get another HP printer because I previously had a bad model (had to be replaced 3 times by HP same model). I tried a brother and didn't like so gave up and got this HP model. So far no problems. I love the instant ink program...cheaper than buying new ink cartridges in store.

I had an older generation of this model and it was perfect for the home office. HP printers have always been great quality for about a year with the amount of use we put them through, and then eventually something wears down, and that's exactly what happened with my older version. But, the cost of ink and quality of print always keeps us coming back and I am so far pleased with this new version. It's a bit smaller profile, which is nice, and doesn't have the removeable page turner piece in back anymore so this is overall a smaller unit...big plus! Only a week in but it prints quickly and clearly. Hoping for a good run in this model and so far so good.

I've only had the printer for a short time, but so far so good. It functions wonderfully and was a great replacement for my old HP Photosmart printer. I like the fact that it uses dedicated ink cartridges and that it only has three rather than the six my old printer had. Great buy!!!!

I do a lot of printing and this has been a great printer.

printer was very easy to set up,when following instructions.it prints on both sides of paper and is not as slow as i thought it my be.scans and faxes well.for the price its a great deal.

This was an emergency purchase after my other HP Printer malfunctioned after I moved here. I am pleased with all HP products and this after looking over several reviews has been great. Very easy to set up and I like the new features for mobile devices. Very satisfied with this Printer.

I’ve always been a fan of the HP printers because of their all in one capabilities and the fact that you can connect to their wirelessly with any device. But, now wit the addition of their printer cartridge replenish system that automatically sends you replacement ink cartridges just before they run out will definitely keep me onboard with HP as a loyal consumer. This printer is great and very easy to setup. You can load paper through the top tray feeder or through the normal loading bin. The screen is touchscreen and this printer can also print pictures which is another added plus.

Bought this printer for business use, prints very quickly, love that it can print front and back and wirelessly. the top scanner is perfect for scanning in multiple sheets. Have had for about 3 months and have had no issues with paper jamming, which is usually my printer frustration.

This printer is easy to set up and simple to use. It prints rich colors and the wireless wi fi system is a great feature.
