Not a bad printer for the price we paid. As usual, the cost of cartridges are 'out of site' but that's normal.

Easy to set up. Prints, copies, and scans quickly and clearly. Colors are excellent and 2 sided printing no problem.

I have enjoyed using this printer. It has a plethora of good features; in particular, the double sided scanning feature is fantastic and works well. The one gripe is that the printer requires frequent updates, and if you go a few days without using the printer, it will take a few minutes for the printer to start the first print job. There are also some occasional paper jams when doing double sided printing, but these are infrequent and easily resolved.

This printer was a snap to setup. I would recommend to anyone I know. Only down side is I wish it came with longer lasting ink.

I set this up using a hotspot at a construction site- the computer did most of the work and I already had an Instant Ink account. I'm not one to speak about ink use or speed of copying/scanning, but Instant Ink will keep me supplied and having print/scan to computer capability in my work truck can easily save me a couple hours/day of my own time. The only issue I've had is having to re-enter my network from my hotspot in the truck to my home Wi-Fi when I bring the printer inside- keys and screen is small.

I had to replace my old printer and decided on the HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 that was reduced to $99.99. It has some features I really like. It can be set to do 2-sided printing automatically. HP also has Instant Ink which monitors how much is being used and automatically sends you a supply by mail. Minimal cost for the service. No more running out last minute for an ink cartridge. I needed help with set up and have had excellant customer service .

HP has made several product I have bought. After a year or two their support level drastically decreases and it is more economical and time saving to simply purchase a new product. HP does this on purpose. Creating turnover keeps them alive. I’ve come to accept this. If you go into a product like a printer understanding this you will have managed your expectations and made a better buying situation for yourself. HP makes a fairly good product. You will get your money’s worth.

This is a printer that met my requirements of 1 being wireless 2 color printer and that I could do 2 sided copies.

Great HP printer. It was very easy to set up wireless. Within 15 minutes I was up a running! Clear printing.

Very quiet, east to operate. Available software allow one to monitor the program to determine number of copies made etc.

Nice quality ink jet printer. Scans and faxes very well. I especially like the ink plan so that you never run out.

Bought this to replace a Canon for my home office. First time I've used a HP. So far has been very reliable.
