easy to setup and easy to use. Just like my old one!

This is a printer that met my requirements of 1 being wireless 2 color printer and that I could do 2 sided copies.

HP has made several product I have bought. After a year or two their support level drastically decreases and it is more economical and time saving to simply purchase a new product. HP does this on purpose. Creating turnover keeps them alive. I’ve come to accept this. If you go into a product like a printer understanding this you will have managed your expectations and made a better buying situation for yourself. HP makes a fairly good product. You will get your money’s worth.

Can’t go wrong with Hp printers. The quality is awesome and this is a dependable printer

All the features I was looking in a compact unit. Easy to setup. HP printer ink cartridge supply service is very handy.

I have enjoyed using this printer. It has a plethora of good features; in particular, the double sided scanning feature is fantastic and works well. The one gripe is that the printer requires frequent updates, and if you go a few days without using the printer, it will take a few minutes for the printer to start the first print job. There are also some occasional paper jams when doing double sided printing, but these are infrequent and easily resolved.

Nice quality ink jet printer. Scans and faxes very well. I especially like the ink plan so that you never run out.

Great HP printer. It was very easy to set up wireless. Within 15 minutes I was up a running! Clear printing.

I had to replace my old printer and decided on the HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 that was reduced to $99.99. It has some features I really like. It can be set to do 2-sided printing automatically. HP also has Instant Ink which monitors how much is being used and automatically sends you a supply by mail. Minimal cost for the service. No more running out last minute for an ink cartridge. I needed help with set up and have had excellant customer service .

Designed well and rather compact. Not as noisy as some other models I’ve had in the past.

Have nothing but good to say about this printer. A little different than the old one but much inproved

Bought this to replace a Canon for my home office. First time I've used a HP. So far has been very reliable.

Easy to use and I joined the monthly ink plan too which sends me ink as needed.

Good brand.. the color however could be spotty.. like how everything is wireless.

I like how they give you 3 months free trial for their instant ink. The print quality is good especially for high photos.

I bought this for a friend. She likes the fact that she can control the printer with the Amazon Fire Cube.
