Good product easy to use. Service people are excellent.

This printer does everything I need it to, and it makes me feel like a boss while I do it! It prints, scans, faxes, and makes copies with ease. Installation was fast and easy and it has all of the options that I need (save to PDF, draft print, double sided print, wireless printing, backdoor to remove jammed paper). With just a few simple clicks I can complete all of my home office needs, and with the regular sales at Best Buy I was able to purchase this printer at a great price. Thus far my only complaint is that it makes some interesting sounds while booting up and while printing.

Very old printer died, and this one fit the bill. We were impressed by the size, and features, and once we started using it we were even more impressed. We have used only HP printers for as long as I can remember, and they have always been excellent.

I am an elementary school teacher and I needed something economical and reliable for printing classroom items and photos. So far it's been great for my classroom items. Haven't experimented with photos too much yet. Seems to be a great fit for my needs!

Works great. Easy to set up and install. A little quirky bc have to install certain info on your phone or laptop to be able to identify printer. Other printers I’ve used you just have to have your Bluetooth on to be able to communicate with the pronter

I bought this to use for school assignments, and it works great. I've been printing mostly on cardstock and the ability of the printer to handle it is just like when it handles regular printer paper. The color quality is also superb. Set up it also super easy.

I was moving and my brothers printer ADF broke so luckily it’s BF and I’m looking for deals. This was perfect for home. Prints great. Ink isn’t pricy. So far I’m an hp fan. I lover brothers but this is slick looking and has an app to go with it.

This wireless printer probably does everything you need from an all-in-one printer. The features we've been using are the auto-duplex scanning, copying, and (document) printing. Haven't printed photos or used the fax functionality yet. Setup was easy. Prints come out fast, and are clear and vibrant, and being able to easily print on both sides of the paper saves paper and time. The printer feels well made and solid. It has a fairly large footprint - but if you've got the space, this is a great printer. Been using this for a couple of months, and am still pleased with the purchase.

This is my 2nd HP printer and I wouldn't consider another brand because it's easy to use, reliable and fast.

I love this printer. It is effortless to set up and use. I had so much trouble with printers before. I rarely needed to use it but everytime I did, it needed new ink or update...every single time it seemed. I was beyond frustrated. Now, I do way more printing then I've ever done before with everyone being home and needing it. Get this...no updates or ink needed yet. I'm not just satisfied with my purchase, I am truly impressed.

After reviewing many printers for my college bound freshman, I settled on this one, after talking with a Best Buy represented "expert." They said it had very good performance and it was what they use also. It was compact enough, very easy to set up to Wi-Fi for MAC and smartphone connections. Wanted something that had good printer output even though I do not think they will need that many pages per minute, efficient on the ink. Sale price was very good and so far it all has worked out great. Based on my experience I would recommend this for a similar need.

Its inexpensive. Fairly easy to set-up. A lot more quieter than my previous Officejet HP printer. Faster. And a breeze to set-up to my Iphone for e-printing

Trusty HP printer far exceeds prior models. Fast, clean images in B&W and color. Print menu interface with computer allows for easy options including B&W only, double or single-sided, landscape or portrait. Copy, scan, fax, too. Great choice.

I previously had a larger HP that would not connect to my laptop wireless connection. It was wonderful but I needed something to connect to the laptop to print at home. Quality is exceptional. Speed is great. Great for home or small office.

This is a terrific and durable printer. Good quality, the printer itself holds up well in a bit of a challenging environment. So far, no problems from this printer. The quality of the documents is excellent (which I expect and demand, especially from a HP product). I also really like that each of the color inks are in their own individual ink cartridges. It really cuts down on wasting ink. This printer is also very efficient in its ink usage. It is also very easy to copy and scan from this All-in-One. All the way around this is a great All-in-One printer.

I bought this HP printer in 2016 for my mother who is a high school teacher. She used her printer every so often, whether it was for work or personal documents. After 5 years it finally stopped working. Overall though I was happy with how it worked for my Mom. It was user friendly, got the job done, and gave us minimal issues until it 2021. I plan to continue buying this type of printer for years to come
