We had to replace a printer that was just over a year old that suddenly just quit working so I was hesitant to buy another HP , but we love this one & did get the extended warranty on it , just in case . Very easy to use

I've gotten newer models and always come back to this one. This is third time I've purchased, it works for a good 3-4 years if you use often. I mostly use during the school year and am pleased with all functions and model.

This is by far the lowest cost printer I have ever purchased. It is terrific. Easy to set up, does everything I need and want. Still can't believe It was less that $100. So pleased that the salesperson recommended it.

This is a little larger than my earlier HP and so far seems a lot easier to use. I have tried the ink service this time and will see how that goes. My disappointment with HP is the cost of the ink, relative to the product.

My ancient HP7525 printer has been having issues for over a year and over the weekend it finally stopped printing black ink. It was time for a replacement so I wandered into our local Best Buy and was immediately assisted by Austin, a very knowledgeable Best Buy Blue Shirt. I explained what I needed and he suggested this printer. I normally print 7-8 22-28 two-sided newsletters each month (in color) to mail to car club members who don't have access to email. Going over the options available I decided to purchase this printer, took it home and installed it with no difficulty. My Windows 10 computer immediately recognized the printer and I was up and running immediately. Being able to have my old printer removed from my trunk for recycling was an added bonus (and I didn't have to do any heavy lifting!). I always use HP inkjet/deskjet printers for color printing (I do have a Brother b/w laser printer for b/w only printing). I am very pleased with the printer, it's ease of installation and ease of use.

Great and fast printer. Quick response time over Wi-Fi. It needs easier set up.

This was to replace an older HP All-in-One that was struck by lightning. I really like that it is wireless. I used the wizard to set it up, but had a problem with getting it to work with my iPad. I had to contact HP support to get that to work. Seems there was an issue on how it connected to the wifi network. I had to re-run the wizard to make the changes. There were no clear instructions on making configuration changes. Spent 2 days trying to get it to work. Otherwise, prints, scans, copies great. Have not tried to fax yet.

Very simple to use, has many functions, print quality is good, reasonably priced, ink is not too expensive either

We purchased the Officejet Pro 6978 to replace our Officejet 8600 which was having alignment errors after 6 years of use. We were nervous about buying any new printer because of the horrible reviews each had. However we found a review in PC Magazine which had the 6978 as the best printer. They are right. We bought it during the Black Friday sales and have been using it for the past month and a half with no significant issues. The only minor issue I have experienced periodically is connecting via wifi. Occasionally, the wifi will say connected, but it isn't. The few times this has occurred, I simply disconnected the wifi and reconnected and it connected fine. All of the other functions work beautifully. The two sided printing and scanning are excellent. The copying and printing produce excellent quality documents and pictures. We are still on the starter ink cartridges after printing and copying 84 pages, many of them a combination of color and black and white. We purchased a combo set of XL color and Black ink for when the starter cartridges run out and we will track the number of pages we get from those before deciding whether to try the instant ink from either Best Buy or HP. As of now we are extremely please with our printer. It also has a smaller foot print (Length, Width and Height) than our previous Office Jet.

I was actually suprised at the print quality considering the primary use is business. Proposals and other presentation documents are as good as the large copier at the general office. Print speed isn’t bad at all.

We recently purchased the HP - OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. We were really surprised at the quality and ease of this printer! Easy to set up to our laptops and our cell phones and the quality work that prints out! We wanted a printer that is a tray loading printer and this was one that fits 200 pages. This printer is worth the price and we would encourage anyone looking for a reasonable prices fax, scanner, printer setup to purchase this all-in-one!

I picked up this printer on sale when my old one died a couple weeks ago, I haven’t had any problems whatsoever and it does everything it advertises to do and I recommend it to anyone looking to get a new printer.

I havent used the scan feature yet but printing has been great.

I brought this product after comparing with many printers, this one is very affordable, and best wireless, fast printer. I love it!!

This HP printer was easy to set up, is fast and easy to operate. It’s a little noisy but I can live with that.

needed to replace a 10 year old 6200 series AIO and this was the closest "new" model to what I had. Very happy with it so far, setup was very easy and love all of the new features(wireless, remote printing, etc.)

Has all the necessary functionality. Fax capability not necessary in today's world. Easy to set up and use. Print quality not as good as I would prefer, but I'm satisfied for the price I paid I got a good product.

WAS CONCERNED AT FIRST BECAUSE THIS IS NOT AN EXPENSIVE UNIT. BUT LEARNED QUICKLY THAT THIS IS A GREAT PRINTER. FULL WIRELESS CONECTION, LOTS OF APPS, AND EASE OF USE, ALSO, STARTED USING THE HP INK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM, WHICH ISNT ALL TOO EXPENSIVE, AND ADDS PEACE OF MIND. HAS BEEN WORKING WITHOUT ISSUE ALLOF THIS YEAR, ONLY ISSUES OCCURED WITH NON HP PRINTER CARTRIDGES ( NEVER USE THOSE AGAIN).
