I’ve had my HP printer a little over a month. I have not found any flaws with this printer. It was very easy to set up connecting to my WiFi including my iPhone. Printing and making copies are very clear almost are as good as a laser printer. I was a little confused when I needed to scan but eventually figured it out. Then again I am not computer savvy. Overall I really like this printer.

I was actually suprised at the print quality considering the primary use is business. Proposals and other presentation documents are as good as the large copier at the general office. Print speed isn’t bad at all.

Everyday usage. They waorks flawlessly and prints very fast.

I picked up this printer on sale when my old one died a couple weeks ago, I haven’t had any problems whatsoever and it does everything it advertises to do and I recommend it to anyone looking to get a new printer.

We recently purchased the HP - OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. We were really surprised at the quality and ease of this printer! Easy to set up to our laptops and our cell phones and the quality work that prints out! We wanted a printer that is a tray loading printer and this was one that fits 200 pages. This printer is worth the price and we would encourage anyone looking for a reasonable prices fax, scanner, printer setup to purchase this all-in-one!

I brought this product after comparing with many printers, this one is very affordable, and best wireless, fast printer. I love it!!

Prints everything front and back, pri ts pretty good quality too.

We purchased the Officejet Pro 6978 to replace our Officejet 8600 which was having alignment errors after 6 years of use. We were nervous about buying any new printer because of the horrible reviews each had. However we found a review in PC Magazine which had the 6978 as the best printer. They are right. We bought it during the Black Friday sales and have been using it for the past month and a half with no significant issues. The only minor issue I have experienced periodically is connecting via wifi. Occasionally, the wifi will say connected, but it isn't. The few times this has occurred, I simply disconnected the wifi and reconnected and it connected fine. All of the other functions work beautifully. The two sided printing and scanning are excellent. The copying and printing produce excellent quality documents and pictures. We are still on the starter ink cartridges after printing and copying 84 pages, many of them a combination of color and black and white. We purchased a combo set of XL color and Black ink for when the starter cartridges run out and we will track the number of pages we get from those before deciding whether to try the instant ink from either Best Buy or HP. As of now we are extremely please with our printer. It also has a smaller foot print (Length, Width and Height) than our previous Office Jet.

needed to replace a 10 year old 6200 series AIO and this was the closest "new" model to what I had. Very happy with it so far, setup was very easy and love all of the new features(wireless, remote printing, etc.)

Has all the necessary functionality. Fax capability not necessary in today's world. Easy to set up and use. Print quality not as good as I would prefer, but I'm satisfied for the price I paid I got a good product.

Easy wireless set-up, good quality printing. It replaced a beefier HP, but this seemed to be just as good at a better price. It is so far. It's been set up about two-months. I also subscribed to their ink service. The printer tells HP that it's low on ink! They promise that ink is less pricy.

Easy to use, quick setup and reasonably priced. I really like the HP ready InK option as well. Ink comes right to your front door!

This HP printer was easy to set up, is fast and easy to operate. It’s a little noisy but I can live with that.

I love the different functions that this printer has, such as being able to print a document from my cloud. It also prints quicker than my old printer. This printer also doesn't make as much noise while printing. The app that works with the printer gives the user up to date information on ink levels. Overall, huge upgrade from my last printer and would definitely recommend this to others.

Unfortunately our printer died and we needed to get a printer quickly. The Hp 6978 was a step up from our old printer and we are enjoying the additional features. It has two sided copying, scanning and faxing.

Great all around printer, good color and details, easy to navigate and maintain. Affordable. Wireless is the only way to go!

Really like this printer. Does the job for the whole family. Works well wirelessly on the house network. Joined the automatic ink program and was pleasantly surprised then the first ink cartridge replacement arrived 2 days before they were required. Overall, the printer has worked flawlessly with better throughput and quality than the similarly priced Epson product that it replaced. Love this HP product!!

Very easy to use out of the box. Great quality for price point. Only used for first 2 months (which was not much use at all) and printer issue required HP send replacement. Not happy with having to replace it or that I couldn't get a replacement from Best Buy. Will chalk that up to experience, but HP was very responsive and even 2 day shipped so we could get back to using it. Best Buy reps very helpful with any questions or issues and both Best Buy and HP have been very easy to work with.
