WAS CONCERNED AT FIRST BECAUSE THIS IS NOT AN EXPENSIVE UNIT. BUT LEARNED QUICKLY THAT THIS IS A GREAT PRINTER. FULL WIRELESS CONECTION, LOTS OF APPS, AND EASE OF USE, ALSO, STARTED USING THE HP INK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM, WHICH ISNT ALL TOO EXPENSIVE, AND ADDS PEACE OF MIND. HAS BEEN WORKING WITHOUT ISSUE ALLOF THIS YEAR, ONLY ISSUES OCCURED WITH NON HP PRINTER CARTRIDGES ( NEVER USE THOSE AGAIN).

The best Printer, copier, scanner I have ever ran across let alone owned.

I purchased this all in one unit to support a small home based business. I needed to be able to print, scan, fax, email, etc. I needed the ability to scan more than a single document at a time. I liked being able to put multiple documents on the scanner and scan all of them to a single file. I wanted to be able to replace colors individually and I wanted the XL size black ink; yes, I got everything I needed and wanted. So far, no issues and I would purchase this again.

I have purchased different printers in the past and I've had very negative results, unlike HP. HP has always under promised and over delivered. I like the printer and it's very easy to connect and register.

This printer is pretty nice. It was between this one and an Epson that was a little cheaper. I am glad I picked the HP. It is easy to use, the color looks amazing, and the ink isn't too badly priced either.

Have had experience with many awful printers in the past. This printer set up is easy, with clear directions. Printer works seamlessly with all functions. I love being able to print so easily from my phone. The HP instaprint appears to be a legit form for replacing ink at a reasonable cost.

After my Canon MG5320 printer quit working for no apparent reason per some bogus error message about some alien part inside, I decided to switch back to HP. I couldn't be happier. Easy set up and operation.

I've gotten newer models and always come back to this one. This is third time I've purchased, it works for a good 3-4 years if you use often. I mostly use during the school year and am pleased with all functions and model.

Okay let me start by saying I had to purchase (well I think I had to) because my old HP Photosmart 6520 stopped printing black. Now I know that maybe I could had done some do it yourself cleaning of the print heads but that is yet to be determined. So going to Best Buy this was on super sale I think 50% off. They said they are coming out with a new model soon to replace this one. Now is that smart to buy soon to be outdated equipment again time will tell. I like the fact that is has an out document feeder that scans and prints both sides as long as you tell it the original is two sided. Love that for bank statement. I know how gets bank statements anymore (I do). But the other things are two sided docs that you would like to either scan or print so it a great feature. I think the ink is going quickly so not sure if that's good or bad. Note the salesperson said "don't turn off your printer, if you do that could cause your printheads to get clogged. When the printer is left on it will cycle through something that will keep the print heads from clogging." So doing that out of the blue your printer will cycle through something and you go who is trying to use my printer. It's just doing that on it's own no worries. I do find it's not that easy to print from my laptop. I could just have a setting wrong but it can't find it. I have to find it every time I want to print from my laptop. WiFi set up seemed to work smoothly. It was up and running in no time and scan to computer worked well also. Have not set up the fax (who faxes these days with email...see I have moved forward on that subject) not totally in the stone ages.

It prints clearly and quickly. It’s easy to install and to use. It’s a great product for its price range

I was a little concerned by some of the reviews listing difficulties connecting wirelessly but my old HP printer died so I needed a replacement. I researched on line and decided on the HP 6978. I was pleasently surprised by the low sale price. The instructions were limited but the setup was mostly automatic. I used the WPS button on my Net Gear router and had no problem connecting to my network. Everythink works as it's suposed to. I would definately recomend this printer.

I bought this printer for home-office use. Easy set up and works great. Fast printing. Great price.

I did a lot of research due to the amount of printers on the market. I also got a referral from someone who uses this model. I stick with HP and this is an upgrade. Good choice. Easy set up. Easy to use.

Holds 200 sheets and works fast, nice style and look, wireless and not too big for an average size desk

I run a large commercial print shop, and for years my family has just emailed me color files that were needed for school, etc, and I would run them out and bring them home. When our old monochrome laser printer at the house finally died, I had to get something to replace it. Have always been impressed with HP products, and this little inkjet is no exception. Super easy to set up, fast, nice quality printing, and a great, VERY easy to use scanner to boot. Couldn't be happier for what we paid.

I loved my Hp OfficeJet Pro 6978 All In One Printer. This was actually my replacement from my first one. They are so easy to use and print so well except sadly they both only lasted me just short of two years. Thankfully Best Buy stands behind their warranty. They no longer see this model. Normally I would recommend it because it is a good price and a good printer except that it's only a 2 year printer.

The printer was super easy to set up. My last HP was glitchy all of the time, I would have to turn it off and on or go into my spooler settings and restart it. This printer just works, it is that simple. I press print from my phone or my computer and I get what I asked for. Great value. Good print quality.

This is my second HP printer It’s a great printer and the instant ink feature is on of the main reasons I bought it it was very easy to set up and very fast printing the only down side was trying to get the ink installed at first trying to get the cover off the cartridges was a little difficult but once I got them off they went in with no problem And transferring my instant ink account from my old printer to the new one was very easy

Our old HP office jet printer died after about 16months; we just purchased this one to replace it. Ink cartridges are not too expensive and we like the online capability to print from phones, laptops, etc.

My previous printer gave out and I needed a replacement. I just wanted a 3 in 1 without a lot of extras. This printer fit the bill. HP always makes good printers, in my experience. Easy to setup to talk with my computer. Scan and Copy are both simple as well. I didn't pay a lot of attention and realized when I got it home that it only prints 8 1/2 x 11. I decided it's not a big deal since I really don't print much that's legal. I would definitely buy again.
