This is an awesome printer. It prints clearly and precisely in black/white and color. It is a fast printer and works well with my Mac. Have not used it to print pictures or wirelessly off my phone. Although it is capable. I bought it to print documents frequently but not everyday. Nor do I print a lot. Not usually. Don't let the price foul you. It is a great printer. Would be perfect for students-either college or k-12.

Product is very efficient and has a nice footprint. Unfortunately you are on your own to go to HP.com to install the necessary product to use all its features. Very time consuming. Ended up downloading packages that really were not necessary. This product replaced an older model (same type) printer that came with a CD and was much easier to get up and running. Still the product itself is more than satisfactory.

I purchased this printer two years ago and it’s the best decision I have ever made. My ONLY dislike is insta ink…people buy your own ink. This subscription is not worth it. Look it up and see for yourself. If you miss a payment, guess what? You can’t print!

Easy to set up on wireless. Good quality printing for a basic low end printer. We first bought a Canon that was 3 times more and no matter what we tried could not get it to recognize wireless printing. Returned it; went to BB and bought this one. Where I had spent a whole evening on the Canon, this one took under an hour.

Pretty much, plug in, connect to you router and print from any device on the same WIFI connection. We print from 3 different types of computers, Iphones, Android phones and Ipads

I have had this a couple of weeks and it does a good job of printing. I can't say how it will be in the future, but as of this moment it works as well as I would expect for a new printer. Set up is simple enough, although it is done in pictographs and no written instructions came with it. The printer itself will guide much of the installation with instructions in the control panel display.

Been using HP printers for over 25 years. By far, this is the best of all of them. The auto feeder makes copying, scanning mutiple pages very easy. The scanning and printing is fast and clean. The wireless is very effective. By using HPs Ink program, you will never run out of ink and it costs much less than if you were going to buy it, when you need it. It is mailed to you automatically, when the printer senses it is running low.

I bought this printer for my sister as a house warming gift. She works a lot and her son has school projects and papers. The printer was easy to setup, and has been working great!

Our printer went out so, we had to replace it asap. The HP Officejet 6978 Wireless All-In-One was delivered crazy fast, and the nice delivery guy even brought it in for me because I had just had shoulder surgery. The printer works really nice, does it's job well. Has other features I haven't had a chance to use yet. I am having difficulty printing from my phone, but I believe it's user error...lol

Printer is a good value at $90, but is a bit slow. For home use it is OK, but for a little ,more money you can get a much faster printer. It does everything we need it to do though.

Purchased for $86 on Black Friday. Heck of a deal. Prints 2sided and it works great. Used the internet and P/U the next day at store. Forgot to get my Best Buy points I think..

This is the perfect all in one device! I can print from my iPhone, scan, and fax from the same device!

My wife and Myself absolutely love this printer. Very easy WiFi Setup, print quality is great, just wish the staff where a bit more knowledgeable about the printers they carry.

Great for a small office environment. Easy set up! Clean & Sharp copies . HP mobile app complements the additional features on the machine(i.e. scanning, email and document storage)

As of this point the 6978 works very well, I especially like the 2 page printing....My last HP printer I had for 11 years.....I'd like to make its quality and performance....

Great machine at a very reasonable price. Easy set up, can print from Apple or Droid devices.
